Study On Clinical Effect Of Tengxuan Jiangya Decoction On Yang Due To Yindeficiency Syndrome Of Hypertension And Protective Eechanism To Blood Vessels Endothelium

Objective: To explore the clinical basis of hospital preparations Tengxuan JiangYa decoction treating Yang due to Yindeficiency syndrome of essential hypertension,and observe it influences on the protective eechanism to blood vessels endothelium.Methods: 1.In the clinical basis study, we collected 70 patients with Yang due to Yindeficiency syndrome of essential hypertension,and 35 patients were randomly divided into test group and control group 35 cases.Test group gives Tengxuan JiangYa decoction while control group gives valsartan capsules, 28 days, to observe the antihypertensive effects, TCM symptoms improved and safety treatment. 2.In animal experiments, Wistar rats were randomly divided into Tengxuan group, valsartan group, model group and normal group. Hypertension model was produced by intraperitoneal injection of L-NNA.After giving different drug lavage 6 weeks, observing rats blood pressure change and testing vitro blood vessel diastolic function, the determination of serum NO,T-AOC,SOD and MDA content as well as using western blot to test eNOS and NADPH nox4 and RT-PCT testing eNOS mRNA and NADPH nox4 mRNA.Results: In the clinical basis study,Tengxuan JiangYa decoction can reduce blood pressure(P<0.05) and ease the clinical symptoms(P<0.05), which efficiency is as same as valsartan's(P>0.05). 2.In animal experiments, Tengxuan JiangYa decoction can not only reduce hypertension rats blood pressure levels(P<0.05) and promote the aortic endothelial dependent diastolic function(P<0.05), but also improve the serum level of NO, T-AOC and SOD, reduce the MDA(P<0.05).Moreovre,it can down-regulate expression of NADPH nox4,as well as up-regulate the activity of eNOS(P<0.05),which therapeutic effect is as same as valsartan(P>0.05).Conclusion: Clinical curative effect of Tengxuan JiangYa decoction treatment Yang due to Yindeficiency syndrome of essential hypertension is significant, which is closely ralate to the mechanism of down-regulating NADPH nox4 expression and up-regulating of eNOS. Tengxuan JiangYa decoction can enhance the ability of antioxidant and reduce the damage of endothelial oxidative stress damage in order to improve endothelium-dependent relaxing function.
