Correlation Between Insulin Resistance And The Mechanism Of Pingyang Jiangya Recipe In Rats With SHR Liver-yang Syndrome

Objective:To study the correlation of Pingyang Jiangya mechanism on SHR of liver yang hyperactivity syndrome rat model of insulin resistance.Methods:Male SHR SPF 40 rats were randomly divided into SHR control group,Pingyang A group,high dose antihypertensive formula of Pingyang Jiangya Decoction middle dose B group,Pingyang Jiangya Decoction low dose C group,candesartan group D,each group using Aconite Decoction model,SPF male 8 WKY rats as normal control group,each group respectively corresponding treatment observation of Pingyang hypotensive Decoction on SHR of liver yang hyperactivity syndrome rat model of blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,FBG FINS,RES ISI,plasma resistin insulin sensitivity and insulin resistance index HOAM-IR,urinary-NAG,m-ALB,Pro,renin angiotensin II(Ang II),aldosterone,Ald effect of kidney and renal vascular lesions.Results:Pingyang Jiangya high low dose group can improve the SHR of liver yang hyperactivity syndrome rat model of blood pressure(P<0.05),high and low dose groups had no significant difference(P>0.05);Pingyang Jiangya Decoction high dose group,middle dose group can decrease the fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,FBG FINS,RES,-NAG in urine,plasma resistin urinary m-ALB,Pro,renin angiotensin II(Ang II),aldosterone content of Ald,improve insulin sensitivity of ISI(P<0.05),insulin resistance index HOAM-IR(P<0.05),slow down or stop kidney and renal vascular disease(P<0.05),and the high dose group and middle dose group had difference,with statistical significance.Conclusion:Pingyang Jiangya decoction can significantly improve blood pressure,the hyperactivity of SHR in rats model of liver Yang improve insulin sensitivity,reduce insulin resistance index,slow down or stop kidney and renal vascular lesions,the high dosage group was significantly better than the middle dose group.
