| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Qiweiduqi Pill on the clinical remission of bronchial asthma with lung and kidney yin deficiency and its effect on lung function,serum IgE count and ACT score.Objectively evaluate the effect of Jiawei Qiweiduqi Pill on bronchial asthma in clinical remission period.The validity and security of the virtual type.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,40 patients with pulmonary and kidney yin deficiency in the clinical remission period of bronchial asthma were selected from the respiratory medicine clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine.The treatment plan was as follows: Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation,usage: 4.5μg,inhaled twice a day.Treatment group medication: Western medicine routine treatment +Jiawei Qiweiduqi Pill(a dose of water decoction,juice 200 ml,100 ml/time,2 times/d.).All of the above were for 1 course of treatment,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated after 1course of treatment.The changes of related indexes and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were observed.The statistical software SPSS21.0 was used for analysis,p<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:(1)Comparison of lung function: After treatment,the lung function(FEV1/FVC%,PEF%pred)was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement oflung function was better in the treatment group than in the control group.Significance(P<0.05);(2)Comparison of serum IgE levels: serum IgE levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),but the serum IgE counts in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of ACT scores: The ACT scores of the two groups were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.01).After treatment,the ACT scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).(4)Comparison of TCM syndromes: The scores of TCM symptoms decreased after treatment,indicating that both groups could improve.Patient TCM symptoms.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group was compared(treatment group: 90%,control group:85%),and the treatment group was superior to the treatment group in improving TCM syndromes(P<0.05);(5)Safety Sexual aspects: The safety monitoring of blood routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram before and after treatment in the two groups of patients showed no obvious abnormalities,no allergic reaction and adverse reactions related to traditional Chinese medicine,indicating the safety of this clinical treatment and facilitating clinical promotion.Conclusion: Jiawei Qiweiduqi Pill combined with Xinbi Kebao can significantly improve the lung function and clinical symptoms of patients with lung and kidney yin deficiency during clinical remission of bronchial asthma,reduce the serum IgE level of patients,thereby improving the quality of life of patients,and treatment.No adverse reactions occurred during the process,which indicated that in the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma,the combination of Chinese and Western medicine has advantages such as less adverse reactions and significant curative effect than western medicine treatment,and has broad application prospects.Studies have shown that Jiawei Qiweiduqi Pill is safe and effective in the treatment of bronchial asthma with lung and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,and can be further promoted clinically. |
