Clinical Efficacy Of Huai Qi Huang Granule In The Treatment Of Children With Bronchial Asthma In Remission Stage (Lung Kidney Yin Deficiency)

Purpose: Objective To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and morbidity after taking Huai Qi Huang granule in asthmatic remission stage(lung kidney yin deficiency),and objectively evaluate its clinical efficacy in treating recurrent respiratory tract infection.Method: Select 100 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2groups,50 cases in the treatment group were given oral Huaiqihuang granules,50 cases in control group were given oral administration of Yi Qi Guben,the two groups were 30 days for1 courses,after the 1 course of treatment,evaluate the curative effect of TCM Syndrome by improving the observed two groups of children the clinical symptoms,after every 2 months follow-up 1 times,after 1 years of continuous follow-up,through the observation of the incidence of children with disease duration and frequency,the improvement of disease curative effect evaluation.Result: The treatment group with TCM syndrome curative effect the total effective rate was 96%,the curative effect to total efficiency of 96%,were better than the control group(P <0.05),the improvement in sweating,constipation,tongue and pulse and other symptoms of the treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05),treatment group better than the control group in control,the incidence of emergency number(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Huai Qi Huang granule is effective and safe in treating bronchial asthma in children(lung kidney yin deficiency).It has no obvious side effects and side effects.It is a safe and effective drug for treating this disease.
