Research purposes:Through the practice of “Yang Sheng Zhu Ji Gong” with different respiratory frequencies, observe the effect of improving heart rate variability and blood pressure in patients with grade I essential hypertension, and explore the difference in effect between different frequencies of reverse abdominal breathing.Improve effective methods and choices for improving essential hypertension, promote and develop traditional Chinese sports health programs, promote the popularization of“Yang Sheng Zhu Ji Gong” and better use abdominal breathing for rehabilitation exercise services.Research methods: In this paper,we used experimental methods to select 30 patients with grade I essential hypertension from the Community Service Center of the Second Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology,Haidian District,Beijing, and divided them into two groups of equal numbers.Taking “Yang Sheng Zhu Ji Gong” as the practice method, combined with the frequency of 8 times/min and 6times/min of anti-abdominal breathing exercise for 3 months,5 times a week for 45 minutes each time;Test and comparative analysis of heart rate variability and blood pressure before and after the experiment.Research result:1.After three months of intervention, both groups had significant decreases in systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P < 0.01).2.After three months of intervention, the PNN50,TP,and HF indexes of the first group of subjects were significantly increased(P<0.05).The second group of subjects had a significant increase in the SDNN index(P<0.05),and the PNN50,TP,and HF indicators were significantly increased(P<0.01).3.The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the second group of subjects were significantly lower than those of the first group(P<0.05).4.After the experiment, the improvement effect of the second group of PNN50,HF and other indicators was better than that of the first group(P<0.05).Analysis conclusion:1.The“ Yang Sheng Zhu Ji Gong” exercise can effectively improve the vagus nerve activity and lower blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension.2,practice “ Yang Sheng Zhu Ji Gong” work, the use of different abdominal breathing frequency will have different effects on blood pressure.3,improve the heart rate variability index of patients with grade I essential hypertension is proportional to the blood pressure lowering effect.Research recommendations:1.It is recommended to carry out the “ Yang Sheng Zhu Ji Gong” rehabilitation exercises in patients with grade I essential hypertension.2.Further analyze the effective respiratory rate of “ Yang Sheng Zhu Ji Gong”for different groups of people,so as to carry out the practice activities more targeted, safe and effective.3,this experimental intervention as a supplementary treatment for hypertensive subjects, can not replace the traditional drug treatment,in the specific implementation process should ensure the number of exercises, exercise time and intensity of hypertensive patients, should be observed during the exercise Step by step and perseverance, and strictly follow the doctor’s advice,so that the safety of high blood pressure patients and the effect of improving blood pressure have a basic guarantee.
