Comparison Of Totally Extraperitoneal Prosthesis With Two Laparoscopes And Totally Extraperitoneal Prosthesis In Inguinal Hernia Operation Curative Effect

ObjectiveThrough totally extraperitoneal prosthesis(TEP)with double laparoscopescompared with totally extraperitoneal prosthesis,totally extraperitoneal prosthesis(TEP)with double laparoscopes during early learning surgery for totally extraperitoneal prosthesis Whether it can exert it’s advantages in intraoperative guiding operation,accurate separation and discovery of occult inguinal hernia during surgery,to overcome the long period of learning during the early development of traditional totally extraperitoneal prosthesis,the operation is not accurate,and the occult inguinal hernia can not be found,in order to reduce the true and false recurrence of postoperative inguinal hernia relapsed,to analyze whether there is a difference in the recurrence rate of inguinal hernia after two surgical methods,so as to explore whether the advantages of totally extraperitoneal prosthesis(TEP)with double laparoscopes can be used.The promotion of hospitals enables young doctors to master the surgical methods more quickly,and the patients can get better treatment results.MethodsRetrospective analysis of clinical data of 92 patients with inguinal hernia who underwentotally extraperitoneal prosthesis(TEP)with double laparoscopes from The Third Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University(Hefei First People’s Hospital)from July 2015 to April 2018Compared with 136 patients with inguinal hernia who underwent totally extraperitoneal prosthesis at the same time,the same group of doctors compared the inguinal hernia recurrence rate after postoperative telephone follow-up and outpatient follow-up.In the early stage of totally extraperitoneal prosthesis,whether there is any difference in the rate of hernia recurrence after inguinal hernia operation between the two surgical methodsResultA total of 228 cases were successfully performed in the two groups.Among them,there were 88 patients in the totally extraperitoneal prosthesis(TEP)with double laparoscopes,including 4 patients with bilateral inguinal hernia,a total of 92 inguinal hernias,followed up for 6 to 36 months.After average follow-up of 19 months,no recurrence occurred.134 cases of totally extraperitoneal prosthesis group,including 2cases of bilateral inguinal hernia,a total of 136 inguinal hernia,followed up for 6 to 36months,average follow-up of 22 months,a total of 8 cases of recurrence,both unilateral relapse.Using spss 20.0 software analysis results,suggesting that X~2=4.006,P<0.05,suggesting statistical differences,indicating that totally extraperitoneal prosthesis(TEP)with double laparoscopes in the early operation stage of totally extraperitoneal prosthesis,compared with the traditional totally extraperitoneal prosthesis can reduce the recurrence rate after inguinal herniaConclusionThe totally extraperitoneal prosthesis with double laparoscopes can be used to observe and guide by the intra-abdominal observation mirror,to guide the precise operation and separation during operation,and to find the occult Inguinal hernia in the early stage of totally extraperitoneal prosthesis,so it’s can reduce the recurrence rate of inguinal hernia and make the patient achieve satisfactory results.It is worthy of promotion and application in the early stage of complete peritoneal inguinal hernia repair.
