Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria With Deficient Heat By Can Sha Yin

purpose:In this paper,we observed the clinical analysis of the observational indicators of each group of patients before and after treatment to explore the clinical efficacy of silkworm drink on chronic urticaria.method:Sixty clinical patients who met the criteria for inclusion of chronic urticaria with virtual heat were selected and numbered according to the time of treatment.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method.There were no cases of shedding,rejection and withdrawal at the end of the study.The treatment group(30 cases)was treated with oral silkworm drink,1 dose per day,300 ml per dose,and warm clothes half an hour after breakfast and dinner.The control group(30 cases)received oral ebastine tablets,10 mg orally before bedtime.The treatment time is 4 weeks.The follow-up before and after treatment and one month after treatment were recorded,analyzed and compared.The changes of clinical symptoms and signs,efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were statistically analyzed.result:1.According to the skin disease quality of life score table,the scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were improved,and both the treatment group and the control group improved,and the treatment group improved the DLQI score significantly better than the control group.P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.2.According to the statistical analysis of treatment efficiency,the effective rate,cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.According to the statistical analysis of recurrence rate,the treatment group was less than the control group.P < 0.05 with significant difference.4.According to the comparison of clinical symptoms and signs and total scores before and after treatment,P<0.05 in terms of number of wheals,number of episodes and duration,the difference was statistically significant.in conclusion:1.Silkworm drink can effectively improve the symptom score of chronic hot urticaria.2.Silkworm drink is an effective prescription for the treatment of chronic heat urticaria.
