| ObjectivesThrough the clinical research of kinematics analysis in spastic cerebral palsy,it provides a new method for the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods1.A total of 60 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to the rehabilitation hospital of henan children’s hospital from February to November 2018 were selected as the study samples.The children were randomly divided into the experimental group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).There was no significant difference in gender,age,height,weight and clinical classification between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Both groups were treated with Gross motor function measure(GMFM)B area(sitting function area)and Berg Balance Scale(BBS)before and after treatment.The experimental group was used before treatment.The kinematic analysis method was used to find out the movement elements of the child with missing or abnormal posture,and the rehabilitation program was developed under the guidance of the patient;the control group used the rehabilitation training method based on Bobath therapy;the treatment time of the two groups was 3 courses.3.The experimental data of each child was collected and recorded into the computer system;the statistical data of the experimental data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software,the measurement data was represented by(?x±s),and the count data was compared byχ~2 test,Takingα=0.05 as the test level.Results1.The sitting function areas of the patients with large motor function in the experimental group and the control group were compared before and after treatment.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After courses of treatment,the experiment was performed.The gross motor function sitting function area of the group and the control group were compared between the groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The balance ability of the experimental group and the control group were compared before and after the experiment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After courses of treatment,the experimental group and the control group suffered from the disease.The balance ability of children was compared between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe kinematics analysis method can be used to guide the rehabilitation function of sitting position and balance ability in children with spastic cerebral palsy.The clinical effect of the training method under the guidance is better than the rehabilitation training method based on Bobath,thus the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy provide a new method. |
