BackgroundWith the development of medical technology and the improvement of people's living standards, women's health has attracted more and more attention.Especially postpartum women's health has long been a global issue.Pelvic floor functional disorder(PFD)is the most common syndrome of postpartum women, which has a great impact on family harmony and marital relationship.Postpartum women's PFD is a kind of injury disease caused by incomplete pelvic floor structure recovery.Pelvic floor muscles have the function of supporting pelvic floor tissue. Most postpartum women will have PFD symptoms and need early detection and treatment to recover as soon as possible.Otherwise, they will have different degrees of sequelae, which will bring great troubles to future life and marriage. So far, there are many ways to repair pelvic floor muscle function. There are mainly surgical treatment and physical therapy in clinic, especially physical therapy, which is widely used, including biofeedback therapy, pelvic floor muscle functional exercise rehabilitation therapy(Kegel exercise)and pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation device exercise, etc.Single physical therapy or combined treatment can achieve good results.Patients should be based on their own conditions and needs, targeted pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training and treatment,in order to improve the efficiency of treatment.Biofeedback therapy is the main clinical rehabilitation method for pelvic floor muscle function of postpartum women. It can effectively improve the patient's motor function, regulate the body's immunity and improve the body's vitality. It is non-invasive and simple. It has a certain development history in the field of rehabilitation.Patients can receive targeted feedback therapy according to their own actual situation and achieve quantitative standards. However, there are many reports on biofeedback therapy and pelvic floor muscle exercise, but there is no systematic comparison and induction.Based on this, this paper analyzed the advantages of biofeedback therapy in the restoration of pelvic floor function of postpartum women through questionnaire survey, which has certain academic value and reference significance in clinical practice.ObjectivesTo provide data support for theory and practice,we studied and analyzed the improvement of biofeedback therapy on pelvic floor dysfunction in postpartum women.Methods150 puerperas with weaker pelvic floor muscles who delivered vaginally in general hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into biofeedback treatment group(experimental group)and Kegel exercise group(control group). Before treatment, all patients underwent pelvic floor muscle strength testing,POP-Q score, and urinary incontinence questionnaire(ICI-Q-SF),pelvic floor disorder impact questionnaire(PFIQ-7),pelvic organ prolapse/urinary incontinence functional questionnaire(PISQ-12)and female sexual function index scale(FSFI),to understand the pelvic floor muscle strength, urinary incontinence and sexual dysfunction of patients. After 8 weeks of treatment, the patients were reexamined, their recovery was checked and evaluated.Results150 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction were analyzed.Among them,18 patients were interrupted and divided into experimental group and control group. There was no significant difference in age, parity, course of disease, body mass index,POP-Q score, urinary incontinence score and sexual function index score between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment, the ICI-Q-SF score and PFIQ-7 score of the biofeedback group and Kegel exercise group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),but the PISQ-12 score of the biofeedback treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05);the PISQ-12 score of the Kegel exercise group was not significantly different from that before treatment(P > 0.05).The data of FSFI showed that the scores of sexual desire, orgasm and sexual satisfaction in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).And in biofeedback therapy, only a few patients have some discomfort, but no other symptoms such as bleeding, infection and so on.ConclusionsThe symptoms of pelvic floor muscle injury and pelvic floor muscle function in postpartum women were significantly improved after biofeedback therapy, and the effect was better than Kegel exercise.Biofeedback therapy had certain clinical application and promotion value.
