[Objective] To evaluate the effectivity of biofeedback associating with acupuncture on achalasia pelvic floor syndrome. [Methods] In total,forty patients were enrolled in a randomized clinical trial,a half of them treated with biofeedback associating with acupuncture and the other ones treated with a daily Kegel exercises program. [Results] Significant improvement of effectivity was observed in biofeedback group compared with Kegel exercises group (60% vs 20%). [ Conclusion] There is a better effectivity on achalasia pelvic floor syndrome by biofeedback associating with acupuncture compared by Kegel exercises.
