Clinical Study On Treatment Of Middle Aged And Senile Allergic Rhinitis By (Warming Yang And Removing Stasis)

Objective: This topic mainly for the tutor of the proposed method for using this blood circulation for the treatment of senile allergic rhinitis clinical research,the law for the treatment of senile allergic rhinitis by observing the clinical curative effect,objective evaluation of the effectiveness and safety,and discuss the treatment of middle-aged and old from the perspective of Chinese medicine dialectical treatment of allergic rhinitis mechanism,so as to verify Ma Chun professor "cure" of academic thought.Methods: According to the Chinese medicine and western medicine on senile diagnostic criteria for allergic rhinitis and its standard patients choose to conform to the Yang deficiency and blood stasis type,a total of 72 cases,randomly divided into two groups.Respectively,the treatment group and control group,for the former to give Dan halbert three decoction oral treatment,usage and dosage: twice a day,each 150 ml water blunt.Patients in the control group were given qianbai biyan tablets for treatment,usage and dosage: oral administration,three tablets at a time,three times a day.The total duration of treatment was4 weeks in both groups.The changes of TCM syndromes in the two groups were observed,and the corresponding data of the treatment group and the control group were obtained according to the principle of efficacy determination.Based on this,the specific efficacy of wenyang huayuyu method in the clinical treatment of elderly allergic rhinitis was determined.Results: The data were sorted out and the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment data of the two groups were obtained through statistical analysis.Among all the patients treated,the total score of TCM syndromes before treatment was 18.69±4.18,and the total score after treatment was 5.92±3.35.In the control group,the total score of TCM syndromes before treatment was 19.17±2.60,and the total score of TCM syndromes after treatment was 10.06 ±3.76.Among the 36 cases in the treatment group,the total score of TCM syndromes before treatment was 11.28±3.39,while the total score of TCM syndromes after treatment was 3.06±2.41.In the control group of 36 cases,the total score of TCMsyndromes before treatment was 11.67±2.27,while the total score of TCM syndromes after treatment was 5.44±3.05.Among the 36 cases in the treatment group,the total sub-syndromes of TCM syndromes before treatment was 7.42±1.36,and the total sub-syndromes of TCM syndromes after treatment was 2.86±1.42.Among the 36 cases in the control group,the total sub-syndromes score of TCM syndromes before treatment was7.50±1.18,and the total sub-syndromes score of TCM syndromes after treatment was4.61±1.38.Among all the patients in the control group,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was significantly different between the treatment group and the control group in terms of the total effective rate of treatment,which was statistically significant.The overall analysis showed that the overall effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: According to the analysis of experimental data,the symptoms of allergic rhinitis in the treatment group were significantly improved after taking danji shenling decoction compared with the control group,and the treatment effect was good.During the study,all the patients in the treatment group had any adverse reactions or other adverse reactions,so it can be seen that danji shenling decoction has good safety in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in middle and old age.
