Clinical Observation On Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction And Shenfu Decoction In Treating Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina Pectoris (Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Shenfu Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:The source of the observation was the outpatients of the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(April 2018-2018).In this experiment,30 patients with stable angina pectoris and TCM syndrome differentiation of yang deficiency and blood stasis were selected.Western medicine was combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Shenfu Decoction.The course of treatment was two weeks.After the end of the experiment,the patient's TCM syndrome efficacy,angina pectoris effect and nitroglycerin arrest rate were observed.The data were processed and analyzed using statistics.Results:1.In terms of TCM syndrome efficacy,30 patients were enrolled.After two weeks of taking the soup,the effective rate was 86.66%,of which 10 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and 0 cases were aggravated.Before and after the comparison treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes decreased significantly after treatment,with statistical difference(p<0.05).2.In terms of angina pectoris,the effective rate of angina pectoris after treatment was 83.34%,of which 11 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and 0 cases were aggravated.3.In terms of nitroglycerin arrest rate,the nitroglycerin arrest rate of patients after treatment reached 80.00%,of which 15 cases were discontinued,9 cases were reduced,6 cases were unchanged,and 0 cases were increased.4.During the follow-up period,30 patients were not lost to follow-up.The patients who were hospitalized for angina at 30 days,60 days,and 90 days were 0,1 and 2,respectively.The hospitalization rates for 30 days,60 days,and 90 days were respectively.It is 0.00%,3.33% and 6.67%.5.In terms of safety,there was no significant change in the safety parameters such as blood routine after treatment,and there was no adverse reaction in the subjects.Conclusion:1.Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Shenfu Decoction can improve the efficacy of TCM syndromes in patients with stable angina pectoris(yang deficiency and blood stasis type).2.Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Shenfu Decoction can improve the efficacy of angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris(yang deficiency and blood stasis type).3.Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Shenfu Decoction can improve coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(yang deficiency and blood stasis type)and reduce the amount of nitroglycerin in patients.
