Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Persistent Allergic Rhinitis With Bufei Tongbi Decoction And Its Effect On Mast Cell Tryptase

Objective: The clinical research of Tonifying the lung qi deficiency and blood stasis Tongqiao Decoction in the treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis. Clinical efficacy and safety were observed. The changes of mast cell tryptase, explore the mechanism of Bufei Decoction tongqiao.Methods:Atotal of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient sustained 60 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis (qi deficiency and blood stasis type), were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group 30 cases were given bufei tongqiao decoction free frying granules; control group of 30 cases of oral loratadine, with a course of 15 days.30 healthy persons, as a healthy group. During cure, observation and records of two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and signs, to survey the way to record the score of quality of life and adverse reactions were recorded, using ELISA method for the detection of mast cells in serum samples collected type trypsin expression, and the number is obtained according to, the application of SPSS software for statistical processing and analysis of therapeutic results.Results! The experimental group and the control group for seventh days the total effective rate was 33.33%,46.43%, two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05), Seventh days of treatment group and control group with symptoms with significant difference (P?0.05), the experimental group was better than the control group.15 days after the commencement of the total effective rate was 81.48%,71.43%, two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Between the groups compared to their symptoms, signs, cough phlegm thin and quality of life after classics cure, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05); group compared to the above symptoms have significant difference (P< 0.05) and spontaneous symptoms in the experimental group have significant difference (P< 0.05). In patients with allergic rhinitis (qi deficiency and blood stasis type) MC t expression levels were higher than those in the healthy group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); experimental group after treatment, the MC t expression levels decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); control group after treatment, the MC t expression level decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); experimental group and control group after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.Experimental group (Bufei Tongqiao free frying granules) and control group (clarityne) can continue to improve in patients with allergic rhinitis (Qi deficiency and blood stasis type) symptoms, signs and the quality of life, two equivalent efficacy.7 days of treatment, the control group and the experimental group was better than the symptoms of runny nose.2.MC T increased during the course of persistent allergic rhinitis (Qi deficiency and blood stasis),decreased after treatment,Can be changed by T MC,to provide the experimental basis for clinical application of Bufei Tongqiao decoction is effective in treating allergic rhinitis.3. lungs Tongqiao Decoction granules is safe for clinical use,no obvious toxic side effects were found.
