| Objectives:To explore the factors of incision infection in colorectal cancer(CRC)patients after laparoscopic radical resection,in order to provide advice for the prevention and treatment of incision infection in clinic.Ultimately,to reduce the incidence of postoperative incision infection. Methods:Retrospective analysis of colorectal cancer.A total of 484 cases were included, including 42 incision infection patients(8.7%).The patients were divided into the infected group and the non-infected group. The gender, age, body mass index(BMI),preoperative serum albumin level, diabetes mellitus, and intraoperative chemotherapy lavage were statistically analyzed. The above factors were analyzed by single factor using Chi-square test, and by multiple factor through logistic regression analysis. Results: Univariate analysis found that older patients(age ≥ 60 years;P =0.020),high body mass index(BMI ≥ 24 kg / m2;P = 0.037),diabetes mellitus(P =0.036),and preoperative Patients with colorectal cancer with low serum albumin levels(albumin <35g/L;P<0.001)were prone to incisional infection after radical resection of laparoscopic colorectal cancer, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);No significant differences were found in the gender(P=0.757)and the presence or absence of intraoperative chemotherapy lavage(P=0.448).Multivariate analysis was further confirmed. Conclusions: The present research find that CRC patients with preoperative high age, high body mass index, diabetes mellitus and preoperative low serum albumin are risk factors for postoperative incision infection in patients. |
