Objective:By detecting the expression of Livin,TAK1 and JNK1 in the lesions of condyloma acuminatum and the normal prepuce tissues,to explore their potiential biological role in the occurence and recurrence of condyloma acuminatum,in order to provide experimental basis for the treatment of condyloma acuminata. Methods:The expressions of Livin,TAK1 and JNK1 in the lesions of initial group, recurrent group of condyloma acuminatum and the normal prepuce tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the data were analyzed with SPSS software.Results:1.Livin was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and nucleus of the skin spinous layer and granular layer cells in the samples of three groups. In the normal control group, the positive expression rate of Livin was 30.00%(6/20),and its expression intensity was mainly negative to weak positive; In the lesions of initial group of condyloma acuminatum, the positive expression rate was 73.33%(22/30),and its expression intensity was mid-strong positive; In the lesions of recurrent group of condyloma acuminatum, the positive expression rate was 75.00%(9/12),and its expression intensity was mid-strong positive. The positive expression rate of Livin in the initial and recurrent group of condyloma acuminatum were higher than that of the normal control group, and there were significantly statistical differences(c~2=9.1450,P<0.01,c~2=6.0988,P<0.05),The positive rate of recurrent group was higher than that of the initial group, but there was no statistically difference(P>0.05).The expression intensity of Livin among the three groups exist statistical difference(c~2=15.3955,P<0.001).2.TAK1 was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and nucleus of the skin spinous layer and granular layer cells in the samples of three groups. In the normal control group, the positive expression rate of Livin was 25.00%(5/20),and its expression intensity was mainly negative to weak positive; In the lesions of initial group of condyloma acuminatum, the positive expression rate of TAK1 was 70.00%(21/30),and its expression intensity was mid-strong positive; In the lesions of recurrent group of condyloma acuminatum, the positive expression rate was 66.67%(8/12),and its expression intensity was mid-strong positive. The positive expression rate of TAK1 in the initial and recurrent group of condyloma acuminata were higher than that of the normal control group, and there were significantly statistical differences(c~2=9.7336,P<0.01,P<0.05),The positive rate of recurrent group was lower than that of the initial group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The expression intensity of TAK1 among the three groups exist statistical difference(c~2=9.4371,P<0.01).3.JNK1 was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and nucleus of the skin spinous layer and granular layer cells in the samples of three groups. In the normal control group, the positive expression rate of JNK1 was 25.00%(5/20),and its expression intensity was negative to weak positive; In the lesions of initial group of condyloma acuminata, the positive expression rate was 76.67%(23/30),and its expression intensity was mid-strong Positive; In the lesions of recurrent group of condyloma acuminatum, the positive expression rate was 75.00%(9/12),and its expression intensity was mid-strong positive;.The positive expression rate of JNK1 in the initial and recurrent group of condyloma acuminata were higher than that of the normal control group, and there were significantly statistical differences(c~2=13.0005,P<0.001,c~2=7.6190,P<0.01),The positive rate of recurrent group was lower than that of the initial group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The expression intensity of JNK1 among the three groups exist statistical difference(c~2=15.4998,P<0.001).Conclusion:1.The expression of Livin in the lesions of initial group and recurrent group of condyloma acuminatum was higher than that of the normal control group, which may be involved in the occurrence and development of condyloma acuminatum.Although the positive expression rate of Livin in the lesions of recurrent group was higher than that of the initial group, there was no statistical difference between the two groups.2.The expression of TAK1 and JNK1 in the lesions of initial group and recurrent group of condyloma acuminatum were higher than that of the normal control group, suggesting that the activation of TAK1/JNK1 signaling pathway may be involved in the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum. However, there were no difference in the positive rate between between the two groups.
