| Objective:Through data mining technology,this paper analyzed and systematically evaluated the literatures on clinical application published in Fu Qing Zhu’s Gynecology Metrorrhagia Sections in recent 30 years,to understand the status of its published literature,to explore the clinical use of various agents,to summarize the drug use patterns,to evaluate the quality of randomized controlled trials,and to found the clinical efficacy of Fu’s treatment of disintegration,providing data support and philosophical basis for future research.Methods:Using electronic search to collect the literature on the clinical application of the prescription of Fu Qing Zhu’s Gynecology Metrorrhagia Sections published in the past 30 years(1989-2018).The search database includes: China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,Weipu Journal Database(Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database,VIP),and Duxiu knowledge base.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of literatures,the literatures finally included in the study were screened out.After the data were normalized,Excel was used to analyze the characteristics of bibliometrics,to describe and analyze the clinical use of each agent,the use rules of each agent and the changes in addition and subtraction,and to present the treatment evaluation of clinical randomized trials in the form of rate.Using Weka3.8software to analyze association rules.Bias risk assessment,literature heterogeneity test and meta analysis were performed with RevMan5.3 software.Results:Bibliometric analysis: 234 articles were downloaded.By reading the full text,the downloaded documents were excluded according to the exclusion criteria.A total of 116 articles were included in the study,including 76 clinical trials and 40 clinical trials.There are 106 journal papers,5 master’s thesis papers,4 conference papers and 1 newspaper.The journal papers cover 64 journals,20 core journals include 39 literatures,44 non-core journals include 67 papers.Two articles were supported by the fund.The amount of literature published is generally on the rise.The authors of the literature are mainly provincial and municipal hospitals and district-level hospitals.The authors from in 28 regions,and the largest number of documents published in Guangdong Province.2.The use of prescriptions: 148 times of Fu Qingzhu’s prescriptions was used in the literature,71 articles of Gu Ben Zhi Beng Decoction,used 89 times;17 articles of Zhu Yu Zhi Xue Decoction,used 18 times;9 articles of Jia Jian Dang Gui Bu Xue Decoction,16times;9 cases of Yin Jing Zhi Xue Decoction,9 times used;6 articles of Qing Hai Pills,8times;5 articles of Gu Qi Decoction,used 6 times;3 articles of Ping Gan Kai Yu Zhixue Decoction,used 3 times.The number of published literatures of Gu Ben Zhi Beng Decoction increased year by year,and the number of published literatures of other prescriptions did not change significantly.In the literature,Guben Zhibeng Decoction is used to treat uterine bleeding;Jia Jian Danggui Buxue Decoction for the treatment of uterine bleeding;Guqi decoction for the treatment of uterine bleeding;Yin Jing Zhixue Decoction for the treatment of sympathetic bleeding;Pinggan Kaiyu Zhixue Tang for the treatment of uterine bleeding;Zhuyu Zhixue Decoction for the treatment of intrauterine devices caused by menstrual abnormalities;Qinghai pills for the treatment of uterine bleeding.The various treatments for diseases and syndromes are in line with Fushan’s original text and are innovative.The total effective rate of the various agents in treating different diseases is over 90%.The method of using the prescription is mainly oral Chinese herbal decoction,and some are combined with other methods.3.The use of various drugs and the law of addition and subtraction: the use of prescriptions are mainly based on the original decoctions,and according to the differentiation of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the new drugs are mostly for the use of drugs and auxiliary hemostasis.Gu Qi Decoction,Ping Gan Kai Yu Zhi Xue Decoction and Qing Hai Pills have fewer uses,and the results of drug analysis are of little significance.There are large gaps in the study.4.Quality evaluation of randomized controlled trials: A total of 24 randomized controlled trials participated in quality evaluation.The overall level of research is low.The main problems are: lack of large-sample multi-center clinical studies;lack of pre-test and sample size estimation,lack of ethical thinking;randomization level is low,blind method is absent,the standardization level of intervention measures is not high,and there is a lack of combined medication regulations;treatment duration is not uniform,outcome measuresare not uniform,lack of safety considerations,and fewer follow-up records.It is more perfect in the comparison of the balance between groups,the content of therapeutic evaluation,and the recording of statistical methods.The theoretical basis of the experiment presented polarization;there was diversity in the selection of the control group.5.Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials: the risk of bias in randomized controlled trials was higher;the total effective rate of Gu Ben Zhi Beng Decoction in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding was higher than that in the western control group.Conclusion:The modern clinical application status of the prescription of Fu Qing Zhu’s Gynecology Metrorrhagia Sections are:1.There are few literatures that meet the research standards,and there are few core journals;there is a lack of large-scale research and research fund support;the clinical reports are concentrated in Gu Ben Zhi Beng Decoction,and other studies on other prescriptions are less.2.Clinical use not only inherits the thought of treatment of metrorrhagia from Fushan,but also has certain innovations;Fu’s treatment of disintegration prescription has good curative effect in the literature reports of treating various diseases;clinical trials are mostly compared with western medicine treatment group.3.The various agents are mainly used in the clinic,and there are certain drugs added and subtracted according to the principle of syndrome differentiation.4.The quality of clinical research is generally low;meta-analysis can prove that the total effective rate of Gu Ben Zhi Beng Decoction on dysfunctional uterine bleeding is higher than that of western medicine control group,but the risk of bias is high.5.More in-depth research can be conducted on the treatment mechanism of Gu Ben Zhi Beng Decoction and the treatment of menstrual abnormalities caused by intrauterine devices by Zhu Yu Zhi Xue Decoction. |
