Treatment Of Lung Spleen Qi Deficiency With Sphenopalatine Ganglion Combined With"Nose Three Needles"Clinical Observation Of Chronic Rhinitis

Objective:Through the experimental group,acupuncture pterygopalatine ganglion + "nose three needles"(Yintang,Shuangyingxiang,Shuangtongtong,Shuanghegu)combined with Tongqiao rhinitis tablets to treat chronic rhinitis of lung spleen qi deficiency and control group of oral sputum rhinitis tablets for treatment of lung The spleen-qi deficiency chronic rhinitis was compared,and the improvement of symptoms and signs between the two groups was observed.The clinical evaluation of acupuncture pterygopalatine ganglion+ "nose three needles" in the treatment of chronic rhinitis was provided,which provided a better choice for clinical treatment of chronic rhinitis.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with chronic rhinitis complicated by lung and spleen deficiency were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to randomized method,44 cases each.The experimental group took the method of acupuncture pterygopalatine ganglion + "nose three needles" combined with Tongqiao rhinitis tablets,and the control group used oral Tongqiao rhinitis tablets.The results of the two groups of treatments were evaluated by visual analog scale(VAS score)and nasal endoscopy.Results:1.Baseline comparison: There were no significant differences in gender,age,and duration of disease between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Nasal symptom score: The scores of the two groups before treatment,1 week of treatment,2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks of treatment,and 6 weeks of treatment were compared.The independent sample t test showed that the difference was statistically significant after 6 weeks of treatment.(P<0.05).3.Routine nasal reflux symptom score: compare the scores between the two groups before treatment,1 week of treatment,2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks of treatment,and 6weeks of treatment.The independent sample t test showed that after 2 weeks of treatment,the difference was shown.Statistical significance(P <0.05).4.After treatment,the total scores of the test group and the control group and the individual scores were significantly reduced,and the test group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of total efficacy: After treatment,the total effective rate of the test group: 86.4%;the total effective rate of the control group: 75%.After chi-square test,there was a statistical difference between the two(P <0.01).Conclusion : Through various aspects of research,it is shown that the use of Tongqiao rhinitis tablets and acupuncture pterygopalatine ganglia + "nose three needles" combined with Tongqiao rhinitis tablets are effective in treating chronic spleen qi deficiency symptoms of lung spleen qi deficiency,but the effect is even more after adding acupuncture items.It is superior to the oral drug group,and the use of acupuncture pterygopalatine ganglion + "nose three needles" combined with Tongqiao rhinitis tablets is better in improving nasal reflux and overall symptoms.Therefore,the project is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
