The Observation Of The Clinical Treatment Of Invigorate The Circulation Of Blood And The Water Detumescence Method Combine With Intervertebral Foramen Otoscopy Treat Protrusion Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

Objective To observe the clinical effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and swelling combined with intervertebral foramen microsurgery in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and explore the clinical value of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and promoting water and swelling.Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who were admitted to the affiliated hospital of shanxi university of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2017 to October 2018 and received intervertebral foramen microscopy were selected.Sixty patients who met the treatment indications and case study criteria were included in the data analysis.All subjects were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 people in each group.The method of the control group was intervertebral foraminal surgery,and the method of the treatment group was combined with professor zou bengui's clinical experience prescription on the basis of surgical treatment(the main purpose was to promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis,benefit water and reduce swelling),1 dose per day,divided in the morning and evening,and Shared for 3weeks.VAS score and LDH score data of the patients before treatment,1 week after treatment and 3 weeks after treatment were collected.SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis and treatment,and VAS score and LDH score of the control group and the treatment group were compared.Result:1.Comparison of general data: after statistical analysis,no significant difference was found between the control group and the treatment group in terms of gender and age(P>0.05).2.Patients' clinical symptoms VAS score: 1 week after treatment,the difference in pain score between the control group and the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and 3 weeks after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.LDH score scale: 1 week after treatment,the LDH score of the control group and the treatment group showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05);3 weeks after treatment,the LDH score of the control group and the treatment group showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the overall effective rate of the treated patients was100%,and the clinical cure rate of the control group was 73.3% 3 weeks after treatment,83.3% in the treatment group,26.7% in the control group,and 17.7% in the treatment group.Conclusion:1.Intervertebral foraminal microsurgery has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,but there are still different degrees of residual symptoms in the early postoperative period;2.The promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and water swelling method in combination with intervertebral foramen mirror of patients after treatment,postoperative VAS score,LDH score are better than pure surgery patients,is promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and water swelling method for early postoperative pain,improve the early clinical symptoms,promoting postoperative lumbar disc prolapse has good clinical curative effect,and there was no adverse reaction in the process of experiment.Therefore,it has certain clinical promotion value.
