ObjectiveBased on the theory of post competency,this study preliminarily constructed the post competency index system of dental nurses through expert interviews and group discussions.On this basis,under the guidance of curriculum reform in secondary vocational schools,this study explored the construction of curriculum for dental nursing specialty in secondary vocational schools.MethodsLiterature review,expert interview,group discussion,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and other research methods were used to construct the competency index system for oral nurses and the curriculum setting scheme for oral nursing in secondary vocational schools.Contents1.To construct the competency index system of oral nurses.On the basis of literature review,expert interview and group discussion preliminary build index system of dental nurse post competency force,through the Delphi method to enquiry for the questionnaire,according to the results of the experts of index score for dental nurse post competency index system level analysis,calculating the index weights,form the final oral nursing positions competency index system.2.To construct the curriculum of oral nursing specialty in secondary vocational schools.On the basis of the competency index system of dental nurses,a preliminary draft of the curriculum for dental nursing specialty in secondary vocational schools was constructed.The preliminary draft of the curriculum was revised by focus group interview method,and a formal Delphi expert consultation questionnaire was formed.The curriculum scheme was screened by Delphi method,so as to establish the final Curriculum scheme.Results1.The evaluation index of post competency of dental nurses includes four first-level objectives(knowledge,skills,abilities,attitudes and characteristics),nine second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators.Among them,the weights of dimension indicators are: skills(0.309),abilities(0.270),knowledge(0.239),attitudes and characteristics(0.182).2.The curriculum of oral nursing specialty in secondary vocational schools was preliminarily constructed,consisting of "one main line + two certificates + three platforms + six modules".One of the main lines refers to post competency throughout the curriculum;two types of certificates refer to 1 + X certificates,three platforms refer to general education platform,professional curriculum platform and practical education curriculum platform.Six modules: public basic course module contains six courses,humanities training course module contains three courses;professional basic module contains seven courses;professional core module contains eleven courses;professional development module contains four courses;practical education module contains three courses.Conclusions1.The post competency index system of oral nurses constructed in this study can not only be used as self-evaluation and other evaluation of oral nursing students competency,but also provide reference basis for the class hour allocation of oral nursing professional curriculum,the guidance of curriculum plan and the training course of clinical nurses.2.The curriculum of Stomatology nursing specialty in secondary vocational schools can provide ideas for the curriculum of Stomatology nursing specialty in Secondary Vocational and undergraduate courses,thus laying a theoretical foundation for the early establishment of secondary subjects of Stomatology nursing.
