| Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of qishen yiqi dropping pills in the treatment of cardiac function and angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods: We choose sixty patients with coronary heart disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis after PCI,and randomly assigned them into into two groups:control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases).Both groups were given standard secondary preventive drug therapy for coronary heart disease.The treatment group was treated with qishen yiqi dripping pills(0.5g/1 pack po tid),and the treatment course of both groups was 6 months to observe TCM syndrome score,Seattle angina questionnaire score,NYHA cardiac function grade,ECG,BNP,cardiac ultrasound and other indicators.Results: There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in general data such as age,gender,coronary heart disease type,criminals’ blood vessels,lesion number and other indicators before treatment(P>0.05).After six months of intervention terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,while that of the control group was 66.7%,In addition,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group on improving single TCM symptoms was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).As for the effect on improving the ECG changes,the total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 63.3% and 83.3%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the improvement of the four dimensions of PL,AS,AF and TS in the seattle angina questionnaire in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BNP level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,LVEF value and NYHA cardiac function improvement were also better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in LVDd between the two groups before and after treatment and after the treatment(P>0.05).No subjects were discontinued or withdrawn from the study due to any discomfort or serious adverse reactions during the study.At the same time,there was no obvious abnormality in the blood,urine and stool,liver and kidney function,creatine kinase and other safety indexes observed and monitored before and after the treatment.Conclusion: 1.Qishen yiqi dropping pills have a good safety profile in clinical practice;2.Compared with western medicine alone,qishen yiqi dripping pills can improve the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI more effectively,reduce the level of BNP,alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the syndrome points of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the electrocardiogram myocardial ischemia and increase the score of Seattle angina scale. |
