| Objective:1.Through the clinical observation and research of this topic, the aim is to evaluate the clinical effect of “ Tiao Gan Li Xue Fang ”(a kind of chinese medicine)on vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo, blood deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome, and evaluate the safety of clinical application of “Tiao Gan Li Xue Fang”.2.Through this topic,we observed the changes of mean blood flow velocity of left and right vertebral artery and basilar artery in two groups of patients before and after medication in the two groups.3.To Collate and inherit the clinical experience of professors Li Aiyun and Zhang Xiaoxue. Methods:This study selected 70 cases of patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome from November 2016 to November 2017 in Shanxi Province Traditional Chinese medicine hospital encephalopathy three according to the diagnosis and the standard cases. The Seventy patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine, the treatment group was given oral “Tiao Gan Li Xue Fang”(a kind of chinese medicine)and the control group was given oral “Yang Xue Qing Nao Keli”(a kind of chinese medicine),each groups was treated for 14 days. The score of TCM syndrome were recorded before and after treatment in two groups. The TCD monitoring value of blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery before and after treatment was recorded. At the same time, the patient’s blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram and other safety indexes,as well as adverse reactions were recorded during the clinical treatment. The experimental design of the patients in each group before and after the comparison and the comparison between the groups, and all the data were statistically analyzed by the statistical software SPSS20.0.Results:1.Among the 70 patients in the study, the gender and age of the two groups were analyzed by statistical analysis showed that P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2.The total effective rate of the study group was 94.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.Each group of patients were compared before and after treatment,TCM symptom score,P < 0.05,the difference between the treatment group before and after treatment is greater than that of the control group, indicating that the two groups of patients after treatment TCM symptom score has been improved, the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.Of the 35 patients in the treatment group,4 cases were cured,15 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,2cases were invalid,35 cases in the control group were cured,1 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective, and 7 cases were ineffective.3.The blood flow rate of LVA,RVA and BA before treatment in the two groups was compared,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant. After treatment, the blood flow rate of LVA,RVA and BA in the two groups were improved, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant,P<0.01.4.During the treatment, the two groups had no adverse reactions and side effects such as nausea, vomiting and rash. All safety indicators were within the range of normal values. Conclusion:The treatment group and the control group were effective in the treatment of vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency of blood deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. The blood flow velocity of the vertebral basilar artery level in the treatment group were obviously better than those of the control group,Li Aiyun and Zhang Xiaoxue, the two chief physician and Professor, have a definite safety effect in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo, blood deficiency and yang hyperactivity, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
