Based On The Theory Of Blood Turbidization To Explore The Clinical Study Of Turbidization And Collateralization Method On Vertigo Caused Byinsufficient Blood Supply To Vertebrobasilar Artery(syndrome Of Wind-phlegm And Blood Stasis)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency(syndrome of wind-phlegm and blood stasis)by eliminating turbidity and dredging collaterals.Methods:A total of 70 inpatients with vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar insufficiency who met the diagnostic criteria in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to November 2022 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases each.Both groups of patients were treated with comprehensive western medicine.On the basis of comprehensive western medicine,the treatment group was added to Huazhuo Tongluo Dingxuan Decoction.Both groups received 2 courses of treatment for 28 days.Vertigo medical syndrome score,European vertigo scale(EEV)efficacy evaluation criteria,vertigo grade,transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD)blood flow velocity and corresponding indicators in laboratory examination were observed before and after treatment.Patients’safety indicators(such as general vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function)were observed before and after treatment.Possible adverse effects during treatment were counted for both groups of patients.Spss 25.0 statistical analysis software was used for data processing to evaluate clinical efficacy.Results:(1)According to the treatment plan,67 cases were finally collected,and 3 cases were lost,including 33 cases in the control group,2 cases in the loss case,and 34 cases in the treatment group,I case in the loss case.There were no adverse reactions in both groups.(2)The general data(such as gender and age)of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of vertigo in the control and treatment groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Blood velocities in the control and treated groups were significantly higher after transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD)treatment than before treatment.The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the overall response rate was 72.73%in the control group and 85.29%in the treatment group,and the improvement was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients involved in the study had vertigo due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency(syndrome of wind-phlegm and blood stasis),which was significantly relieved after treatment.Professor Zhuang Huikui used the eliminating turbidity and dgedging collaterals method as the main treatment method,and created the decoction of eliminating turbidity and dgedging collaterals based on the basic principles of calming wind and dredging collaterals,tonifying kidney and eliminating turbidity,and regulating qi and blood.The condition of both groups of patients was significantly improved compared to before treatment,and all scores and laboratory indicators improved after treatment.The treatment group had better indicators than the control group.This method can effectively eliminate turbidity and toxins in the patient’s body,with a good prognosis,improved quality of life,improved blood circulation in the brain,and smooth Qi and blood flow.It indicates that the addition of the eliminating turbidity and dredging collaterals method to the treatment of this disease in Western medicine has a significant clinical effect.
