| Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on vertigo of vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency type based on the theory of meridian specimen.Method:Patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from September 2015 to September 2016 three acupuncture vertebral basilar artery insufficiency vertigo cases,a total of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases,30 cases in the control group.On the basis of the basic treatment,the treatment group according to the meridian theory were treated with Acupuncture with conventional acupuncture plus spleen by this point and the target point Sanyinjiao Pishu,the control group received conventional acupuncture treatment,through the observation of the patients with vertigo degree,frequency and duration of attack three points and total score changes,compare the differences in efficacy the treatment group and the control group.Result:1.There was no significant difference in baseline between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),and all of them were comparable.2.After treatment,the three points of vertigo,vertigo frequency and vertigo duration in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those in the same group(P<0.01),and the total vertigo scores were significantly lower than those in the same group(P<0.01).3.There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with vertigo symptoms before treatment(P>0.05).There was a significant difference between the scores of the symptoms of vertigo after treatment(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the total scores of vertigo symptoms(P<0.05).The scores of vertigo and the total score of vertigo in the treatment group were larger than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Based on the theory of meridians and collaterals,acupuncture and routine acupuncture can relieve vertigo and reduce vertigo frequency and duration in patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency.2.Based on the theory of meridians and collaterals,acupuncture and routine acupuncture are effective in treating vertigo due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency,but based on the theory of meridian and collaterals,acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture. |
