Influence Of Logistics Management On Perfomance Of Kenya Medical Supplies Authority(KEMSA)

Chapter one of this research sought to analyze the influence of logistics management in performance of Kenya medical supplies authority(KEMSA)in Kenya.The study sought to achieve the following specific objectives:to find out how transport management influences on the performance of Kenya medical supplies authority in Kenya,to assess how order management influences on the performance of Kenya medical supplies authority in Kenya,to establish the effects of warehousing management on the performance of Kenya medical supplies authority in Kenya,and to investigate how inventory management influences on the performance of Kenya medical supplies authority in KenyaChapter two the literature will be reviewed from,working papers,journals,books,reports,periodicals and internet sources.The past studies,theoretical review,critical analysis and research gaps will be discussed.Chapter three explains the methodological approach adopted when conducting the research.This study sought to establish the influence of logistics management in performance of Kenya medical supplies authority(KEMSA)in Kenya.It involved a blueprint for the collection,measurement and analysis of data.Therefore,in this section the research identified the procedures and techniques that was used in the collection,processing and analysis of data.Chapter four reports the findings of the research study according to the four objectives which were to find out how transport management,order management,warehousing management and inventory management influences the performance of Kenya Medical Supplies Authority in Kenya(KEMSA).This chapter concentrate on the data findings,analysis and the representation of the results as per research questionsChapter five objective is to discuss a summary of the discussion,conclusion and recommendations represented from all the qualitative analysis presented in chapter 4.
