ObjectiveTo explore the clinical feasibility and practicability of the design of the swaying static brace and the functional rehabilitation of the patients after the Lauge-Hansen supination-external ?° ankle fracture.MethodsThe functional recovery stage of Lauge-Hansen supination-external ?°ankle fracture was included in the orthopaedic center of Foshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2017 to June 2018.Seventy-two patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the order of the random number table according to the order of the treatment. There were 36 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with"ankle joint dynamic and static brace".The control group underwent"traditional rehabilitation" brace treatment. At the same time, the two groups of patients were treated according to the three-phase syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine, and the hospital was given oral administration of Huangshui,Baizhi Ointment,Shujin Washing and Traditional Chinese Medicine,Sanqi Huayu Oral Liquid,Decoction Tablet,Shenggu Tablet and other drugs.Step-by-step guidance on timely functional exercise. The ankle joint flexion, dorsal extension angle and visual analog pain scale(VAS)scores were evaluated before treatment. The ankle joint flexion and extension activities were evaluated after 6 months of wearing brace treatment.Degree and "After Foot Score System Scale(AOFAS)" score and visual analog pain scale(VAS)score, and follow-up observation of the occurrence of skin pressure sores, allergies and other complications after wearing the brace. In addition, the overall satisfaction of the treatment effect and the wearing satisfaction of the brace are investigated, and the selection is based on the satisfaction, basie satisfaction, and dissatisfaction options to collect feedback or suggestions from the patient on the use of the brace, record and perform statistical analysis of the data. The difference between the index and the complication was used to evaluate the clinical feasibility and practicability of the“salting static brace”in functional rehabilitation of patients with Lauge-Hansen supination-external ?° ankle fracture.ResultsIn the end,one patient in the experimental group was unwilling to wear off the brace and follow-up,and one patient in the control group suffered another fracture due to another fall during the rehabilitation process;one patient had severe wound complications and could not Normal rehabilitation treatment resulted in shedding. Results A total of 69 patients in the experimental group and the control group were followed up successfully, with 35 and 34 patients respectively. The specific results are as follows:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the test group and the control group, such as gender, age, weight, injury and operation time(P>0.05).The two groups were comparable.2.Before the test, the ankle joint flexion activity of the two groups was compared by independent sample t test. There was no significant difference between the two groups(t=1.770,P=0.081>0.05).After 6 months of treatment, the two groups There was a significant difference in the difference in ankle flexion activity between the patients(t=-10.188,P=0.000<0.01).Before the test, the ankle joint extension activity of the two groups was compared by independent sample t test. There was no significant difference between the two groups(t=0.726,P=0.469>0.05).After 6 months of treatment, the two groups of patients were treated. There was a significant difference in the difference in joint extension activity(t=-3.138,P=0.003<0.01).3.Before the trial, the visual analogue pain scale(VAS)scores of the two groups were not significantly different(t=-1.435,P=0.156>0.05);after 6 months of treatment, the two groups of patients visually simulated pain There was a significant difference in the scores of the scale(VAS)scores(t=-2.752,P=0.008<0.01);4.Before the test, there was no significant difference in the scores of the“After-foot Score System Scale(AOFAS)”between the two groups(t=1.830,P=0.072>0.05).After 6 months of treatment, the two groups There was a significant difference in the scores of the patients' "After-foot scoring system scale(AOFAS)"(t=3.796,P=0.000<0.01);5.In terms of complications, there were 3 cases of spring hooks in the test group,1 case of wound healing was slow,2 cases of ankle joint stiffness, the incidence of postoperative complications was 17.1%;5 cases of ankle joints in the control group Stiffness, mainly manifested as dorsal extension dysfunction,2 cases of persistent ankle swelling,3 cases of calf muscle atrophy,1 case of postoperative wound healing, the incidence of postoperative complications was 32.4%,the incidence of complications in the two groups The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).6.In terms of satisfaction, the satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 91.4%,the satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 76.5%,and the satisfaction rate of the control group wearing the test group. The score was 88.6%%,and the control group satisfaction rate was 82.4%%.There was a statistically significant difference in the satisfaction rate between the two groups(P=0.005<0.01),and the difference in the wearing satisfaction of the brace was statistically significant(P=0.035<0.05).Conclusion1.The sedative static support and traditional rehabilitation therapy are effective in the functional rehabilitation of patients with Lauge-Hansen supination-external ?° ankle fracture.2.The short-term rehabilitation treatment of functional rehabilitation of patients with Lauge-Hansen supination-external rotation ?° ankle fracture is superior to traditional rehabilitation therapy, which can promote more effective functional rehabilitation exercise in the early postoperative period. It can more effectively reduce the incidence of complications such as ankle joint stiffness, residual swelling, and decreased muscle strength, thereby shortening the course of disease, promoting the early recovery function of the ankle joint, reducing the corresponding economic burden, and improving the quality of life of patients;...
