ObjectiveThis study is based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the conventional acupuncture combined with the spleen-strengthening acupuncture method is compared with the conventional acupuncture, observe the clinical efficacy of spleen-strengthening acupuncture in the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy, providing a new idea for clinical treatment of this disease.MethodsAll patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was the treatment of spleen-strengthening acupuncture combined with conventional acupuncture, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture alone.Treatment 3 times a week,4 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.Glycated glycemic protein, visual acuity and fundus were recorded before and after treatment, and statistical changes were used to analyze the changes before and after treatment.Results1.Visual acuity:Before treatment:There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable. There were statistically significant differences in visual acuity between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment:There was a statistically significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups(P<0.05).Both groups were effective in improving visual acuity, and the experimental group was superior to the control group.2.Glycated hemoglobin:Before treatment:There was no significant difference in glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable. The glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the two groups were statistically different before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment:the glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the two groups were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Both groups were effective in improving Glycated hemoglobin, and the experimental group was superior to the control group.3.Fundus blood loss:Fundus blood loss in the two groups were statistically different before and after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 45.5%in the experimental group and 18.8%in the control group, and the experimental group was superior to the control group.4.Fundus exudation:Fundus exudation in the two groups were statistically different before and after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 60.6%in the experimental group and 34.4%in the control group, and the experimental group was superior to the control group.5.Fundus microangioma:There was no significant improvement in microangioma in the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of regulating acupuncture combined with periocular acupuncture on non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy is better than simple periocular acupuncture, which is suitable for rapid application and clinical application.
