| Objective To observe the effects of prescription combined with calcium hydroxybenzene sulfonate capsule on the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes(blood glucose,blood lipid,coagulation,retinal exudation area under fundus microscope,and vision)of mild and moderate(no bleeding)diabetic retinopathy with deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods A total of 80 patients with mild to moderate(no bleeding)diabetic retinopathy with deficiency of spleen and kidney and blood stasis in outpatient and inpatient departments of yinchuan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.Two groups of patients were given basic treatment,the experimental group with TangWang mixture combined with calcium hydroxybenzene sulfonate capsules oral,control group with calcium hydroxybenzene sulfonate capsules oral.After the end of the trial,clinical symptoms,changes in blood glucose,blood lipid,coagulation,retinal exudation area under fundus microscope,vision and other indicators were observed and compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis of all data.Result(1)Efficacy evaluation: the basic data of patients in the two groups were comparable.The total effective rate was 88.89% with 40 patients in the experimental group and 4 patients with abscissa.There were 40 patients in the control group and 6 patients in the control group,with a total effective rate of 41.17%.The overall efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the combined effect of tang net mixture and calcium hydroxybenzene sulfonate capsule was better than that of calcium hydroxybenzene sulfonate capsule in the treatment of mild and moderate(no bleeding)diabetic retinopathy with deficiency of spleen and kidney.Syndrome score evaluation:TCM symptoms in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,there was a statistical difference in syndrome score between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that both groups could improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.(2)Syndrome score evaluation: compared before and after treatment,TCM symptoms improved in both groups(P<0.01).However,there was a statistically significant difference in syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of TCM clinical symptoms was better than that of calcium hydroxybenzene sulfonate capsules in combination with TangWang mixtureSafety evaluation:No obvious abnormalities were found in liver function,kidney function,blood routine and urine routine before and after treatment in the two groups,and the adverse reaction rate in the treatment group was 13.89%.The adverse reaction rate of the control group was 11.76%.Both of them had adverse reactions,but they were relieved by themselves without treatment,which could not indicate the difference in safety between them.(3)Comparison of changes in laboratory indicators: total cholesterol,triglycerides,postprandial blood glucose,retinal exudation area under fundus microscope were all lower in the experimental group after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and visual acuity was improved.Only the levels of sUA and hs-crp in the control group after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).No significant improvement was observed in hdl-c,ldl-c,APTT,PT,FIB,TT in the two groups before and after treatment,with no statisticaldifference(P 0.05).It showed that the combination of TangWang mixture and calcium dobesilate capsule was superior to calcium dobesilate capsule in reducing retinal exudation,improving patients' eyesight,reducing blood glucose and regulating blood lipid.(4)Safety evaluation: no obvious abnormalities were found in blood routine,liver function,kidney function and urine routine before and after treatment in the two groups,and the adverse reaction rate was 13.89% in the experimental group.The adverse reaction rate of the control group was 11.76%.Both of them had adverse reactions,but they relieved without treatment.(5)Conclusion: Sugar mixture combined net hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium capsule treatment of mild and moderate(no bleeding)spleen kidney deficiency and blood stasis in patients with diabetic retinopathy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,and can improve patients vision,the reduction of retinal exudation,reduce blood sugar,blood fat and other curative effect,less adverse reaction,that TangWang mixture side treatment of spleen and kidney and blood stasis type diabetic retinopathy is safe and effective. |
