The Clinical Study Of Huazhuozhuyu Decotio Combined With Diosmin In The Treatment Of ?A Prostatitis

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of huazhuozhuyu decoction combined with diosmin in the treatment of damp-heat and blood-stasis type ?A prostatitis.Analyze and compare the change of chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI),TCM symptom scores>the number of white blood cells and lecithin bodies in routine prostatic fluid before and after treatment.In order to explore an effective and reliable method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for clinical treatment of type ? A prostatitis.Methods80 patients with damp-heat and blood-stasis type ?A prostatitis who treated in Guangdong Province Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine between January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with diosmin tablets.The treatment group was combined with huazhuozhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group,medication for 4 weeks.NIH-CPSI,TCM symptom scores,the number of white blood cells and lecithin bodies in routine prostatic fluid before and after treatment were recorded,and the data were collected for statistical analysis.Results1.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease,NIH-CPSI,TCM symptom scores,number of white blood cells and lecithin bodies in routine prostatic fluid between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.There were significant differences in NIH-CPSI and its various score(pain and discomfort,urination symptom,quality of life)and TCM symptom scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).3.After treatment,NIH-CPSI and its various score(pain and discomfort,urination symptom,quality of life)and TCM symptom scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.Comparison of Clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese Medicine,2 cases were cured,13 cases were obviously effective,16 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 77.5 in the control group.In the treatment group,7 cases were cured,18 cases were obviously effective,11 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.0.There was significant difference in clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.(P<0.05).5.The number of white lecithin bodies and blood cells in routine prostatic fluid were improved in both groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).In the improvement of lecithin bodies,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was significant difference(P<0.05).Conelusion1.The clinical symptoms of damp-heat and blood-stasis type ?A prostatitis patients can be improved by using diosmin tablets.2.The efficacy of huazhuozhuyu decoction combined with diosmin in the treatment of damp-heat and blood-stasis type ?A prostatitis is significant,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
