Evaluation Of The Efficacy Of Huoxuetongjing Recipe On Patients With Damp-heat Stasis Type CP And Its Effect On IL-10

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Huoxue Tongjing Recipe on the improvement of symptoms and the effect on interleukin-10(IL-10)in patients with chronic prostatitis(CP),and evaluate its clinical treatment effect on patients with chronic prostatitis.MethodsA total of 46 patients diagnosed with damp-heat stasis type chronic prostatitis who were diagnosed with damp-heat stasis type chronic prostatitis in the male outpatient clinic of Zhuhai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 20 to 2019,met the criteria for enthusiasm and voluntary participation in clinical trials.Patients with type CP were divided into observation group and control group by simple numerical random table method.Observation group:Give Huoxuetongjing recipe(Chinese medicine formula granules),one dose per day,water to 300ml,three times,for 45 days.Control group:Qianlie Shutong Capsule,3 capsules at a time,3 times a day for a total of 45 days.Each group discontinued all other medications and treatments during the treatment period.The expression of interleukin-10(IL-10)in prostatic fluid(EPS)was observed before and after treatment.The correlation between IL-10 and CP patients and the effect of Huoxuetongjing on IL-10 were evaluated.The changes of NIH-CPSI and TCM syndrome scores in each group before and after statistical treatment were compared,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared ResultsAfter treatment,the IL-10 levels of the observation group and the control group decreased,the NIH-CPSI score decreased,and the TCM symptom score decreased,but the IL-10 and TCM symptom scores of the observation group decreased more than the control group.P<0.05,statistically significant.Huoxuetongjing Recipe is better than Qianlie Shutong Capsule in improving the symptoms of damp-heat stasis type chronic prostatitis and improving the inflammatory factor IL-10.It has good clinical effect and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
