| ObjectThis study collected and analyzed 40 patients who were admitted to the inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to April 2019 and met the inclusion criteria.Through the application of traditional Chinese medicine theory and integrated Chinese and Western medicine methods,From the theoretical and cl inical research aspects,the etiology and pathogenesis of low immune function and cancer-induced fatigue after chemotherapy and its prevention and treatment problems were discussed.It is believed that "spleen and kidney deficiency" is the main pathogenesis of low immune function and cancer-induced fatigue after chemotherapy.Therefore,the method of tonifying the spleen and tonifying the kidney is the method of treatment,and the cream is combined with chemotherapy.The efficacy and safety of dysfunction provide clinical evidence for the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy side effects,in order to provide an effective new way to improve the quality of life of chemotherapy patients.MethodForty patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group by prospective and randomized control.The observation group was given JianPishengshen Herbal Paste combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation decoction,the control group was given traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation orally,and 21 days was a course of treatment.Both groups were treated with Western medicine standard chemotherapy.The number of cases with low immune function was observed in the two groups.The peripheral blood T lymphocyte immune function and regulatory T cells(including CD3,CD4,CD8,Treg,etc.)and TCM syndrome scores were observed and compared before and after treatment.Piper fatigue survey scale score,liver and kidney functi on,and incidence of adverse reactions.Result1.At 2 weeks after chemotherapy,the changes of KPS scores after treatment in the two groups were compared.After the treatment,the improvement of functional status of the human body was sign ificantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.At 2 weeks after chemotherapy,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);3.After 2 weeks of chemotherapy,the Piper fatigue survey scale was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);4.After chemotherapy,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ in peripheral blood of the ointment group increased,but there was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion1.For patients with low immune function after chemotherapy,Jianpi Shengsui Herbal Paste has a good effect on improving the symptoms of fatigue,palpitations,shortness of breath,dizziness,numbness of hands and feet,etc.,and can improve the quality of life of patients;2.Jianpi Shengsui Herbal Paste combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the cancer causative fatigue of patients:3.Jianpi Shengmui Herbal Paste has no significant therapeutic effect on immunodeficiency after chemotherapy,but it can alleviate the degree of T lymphocyte immunodeficiency after chemotherapy to a certain extent.4.During the process of taking Jianpi Shengsui Herbal Paste,the patient did not have obvious toxicity and side effects,and the safety was good;5.The results of this experiment explored the new way of treatment of Chinese medicine with Jianpi Shengsui Herbal Paste in the treatment of immunocompromised post-chemotherapy after chemotherapy,whieh laid a foundation for the clinical development of new drugs,and the immune function after chemotherapy for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Evidence from evidence-based medicine is provided. |
