| ObjectiveIn this study,we used the Jianpi Shengsui Plaster to treat patients with chemotherapy for lung malignant tumors,and observed its efficacy and safety in the prevention and treatment of myelosuppression after chemotherapy,thus providing the prevention and treatment of myelosuppression after chemotherapy for Jianpi Shengsui Plaster.Effective medical evidence provides a new and effective treatment for improving the side effects of chemotherapy patients.MethodIn this study,52 patients with advanced non-small cell lung malignancies who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into treatment group(Jianpi Shengsui Plaster+Chemotherapy group)and control group(Chemotherapy group).Both groups received standard double drug therapy with paclitaxel plus cisplatin(DP,TP regimen).The treatment group was given the Jianpi Shengsui Plaster,starting from 1 day before chemotherapy,taking 21 days as a course of treatment,taking two courses in succession.The hematological changes,Karnofsky score,TCM clinical symptom scores,immune cell levels,tumor remission evaluation and other indicators were observed before and after treatment for two courses of treatment,and statistical analysis was performed.Resu t1.KPS:Whether the comparison between groups or within a group after treatment in treatment group,Karnofsky score were significantly increased(P<0.05);2.Hematological parameters:WBC,NEU,and HGB decreased in the treatment group and the control group after two courses of chemotherapy(P<0.05),and the degree of decline became more serious with the increase of the course of treatment(P<0.05).Comparison within the group:Control and treatment groups before the two courses of treatment period WBC,NEU no significant difference(P>0.05).Comparison between groups:The decrease of WBC and NEU in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group after the first course of chemotherapy(P<0.05).The decrease of WBC,NEU and HGB in the control group after the second course of chemotherapy was higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).3.The degree of myelosuppression:Myelosuppression was observed in both groups.The degree of myelosuppression was similar in the first course of treatment,P>0.05.In the second course of treatment,the bone marrow suppression in the control group was more severe than that in the treatment group,P<0.05.The average duration of leukocyte inhibition at the first and second courses of ? and ? was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.4.TCM symptom scores:intra-group comparison:post-chemotherapy after dry mouth,dry throat,fatigue,five upsets,dizziness,spontaneous sweating,poor appetite,low waist and knees,pale complexion symptoms and other symptoms related to fatigue Compared with the previous increase(P<0.05);the treatment group after the chemotherapy,dry mouth,dry throat,fatigue,five upset heat,dizziness,spontaneous sweating,poor appetite,low waist and knees,pale complexion symptoms decreased compared with the previous Obvious(P<0.05);the scores of pulmonary symptoms such as cough,cough,wheezing and chest tightness in the control group and the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The two groups had cough and cough.Pulmonary symptoms such as asthma and chest tightness were equivalent after treatment(P>0.05).Comparison between groups:treatment group after the treatment of dry mouth,dry throat,fatigue,five upset heat,dizziness,spontaneous sweating,poor appetite,low waist and knees,pale complexion symptoms and other symptoms of fatigue symptoms compared with the control group After a significant decrease,P<0.05.After treatment,the total score of TCM symptom scores in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The effective rate of the control group was 42.31%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was 84.62%.The curative effect of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significant(P<0.05).5.Immune function:After treatment,the treatment group was higher than the same group before treatment,compared with the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant6.Tumor remission evaluation:The tumor remission of the control group and the treatment group after treatment with two courses of treatment were distributed in SD,and the distribution of tumor remission in the two groups was compared,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.7.Safety:Hepatic insufficiency,coagulation function,and fever infection occurred in the adverse reactions of the two groups.There were more cases in the control group than in the treatment group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients did not have ECG abnormalities and changes in kidney function during the treatment period.ConclusionJianpi Shengsui Plaster has a protective effect on the bone marrow of patients with non-small cell lung cancer,which can delay the rate and extent of decline of peripheral blood cells(WBC,NEU,HGB,PLT)after chemotherapy,and reduce the incidence of myelosuppression.At the same time,accelerate the recovery rate of bone marrow after suppression,thus ensuring the smooth progress of chemotherapy;For patients with myelosuppression after chemotherapy,Jianpi Shengsui Plaster has good effects on improving dry mouth and throat,fatigue,five upset heat,dizziness,spontaneous sweating,poor appetite,low waist and knees,and pale complexion.The therapeutic effect can improve the patient' s quality of life and immune function,and the safety is good. |
