Objective: Through the establishment of this research is the combination of Lewislung tumor model in mice Syndrome, intervention of lung tumor inhibition was observedfor different card models paste disease.74patients with advanced lung cancer in non-smallcell clinical observation, observe them before and after chemotherapy syndromes changesand immune extent.Methods:1. Animal studies through the establishment of different physical mousemodels, the macro and micro indicators characterizing mouse IFN-γ, IL-2, cAMP, FSHwere measured to assess the reliability and stability of the established constitution mice.2.Mice inoculated with different physical Lewis lung carcinoma cells, in the first five daysafter inoculation, each physical group and the control group re-grouped rows lung tumorinhibition cream group. After observing different physical Lewis lung carcinoma cells inmice inoculated with tumor volume change, the rate of tumor growth and lung metastasisrate and serum VEGF-C levels; different syndromes of disease and syndrome group withLewis lung tumor inhibition cream group changes in tumor volume in mice, tumor growthrate, lung metastasis rate and serum VEGF-C levels.3. Observed74cases of advancednon-small cell lung cancer patients before and after two cycles of chemotherapy accordingsyndromes classification criteria to classify its syndromes, and patients with qi deficiencysyndrome score. Investigate the effect of chemotherapy on physical fitness for clinical rational use of traditional Chinese medicine to provide a scientific basis.Results:1. Qi deficiency mice express physical deficiency occurs after physicalmodel, body weight decreased significantly compared with the gentleness of mice, andmeaningful (P <0.05). Serum IFN-γ, a significant decline compared to IL-2content withgentleness mice, and meaningful (P <0.05).2.Yin deficiency mice express physicaldeficiency occurs after physical model, body weight decreased significantly compared withthe gentleness of mice, and meaningful (P <0.05). Serum cAMP, TSH levels decreasedsignificantly compared with the gentleness of mice, and meaningful (P <0.05).3.Qideficiency in the control group (QD) compared with gentleness control group (PD) Lewismice xenograft tumor volume growth, tumor weight, tumor growth rate, lung metastasis,tumor tissue VEGF-C were differences in mean optical density (P <0.05); yin deficiency inthe control group (YD) and gentleness in the control group (PD) Lewis tumor volumegrowth in mice, tumor weight, tumor growth/inhibition rate of lung metastasis, tumortissue VEGF-C average light There was no difference in density (P>0.05). Lewisdescribed the group of mice qi deficiency of lung cancer compared with gentleness groupmore growth and metastasis; Lewis mouse yin deficiency group than gentleness in thegrowth of lung cancer group, no significant difference in metastasis.4. The Lung cansuppress various degrees of pulmonary metastasis of Lewis lung carcinoma. Gentlenessgroup, Qi deficiency group, the rate of lung metastasis suppressor yin deficiency groupwere22.76%,33.13%,25.59%, one-way ANOVA analysis showed that the inhibition oflung paste each group were lower than the corresponding control group, the difference wassignificant significance (P <0.05).5. Each given Lung Tomor-Paste treatment group couldinhibit the expression of different degrees of VEGF-C. Gentleness group, Qi deficiencygroup, VEGF-C average optical density of yin deficiency group were (0.131±0.039),(0.145±0.015),(0.015±0.037), one-way ANOVA analysis showed that each group oflung tumor inhibition cream were lower than the corresponding control group, thedifference was significant (P <0.05).6. After2cycles of chemotherapy in the proportion ofYin Deficiency type syndromes increased significantly (P <0.05), lung and spleendeficiency type, yin deficiency type, blood stasis type, the proportion of toxic heat flaming type a downward trend, but the downward trend not significant, was not statisticallysignificant.7. Symptoms in patients with non-small cell lung qi deficiency, signs the scorein the score showed an upward trend, in which the evil wind and eat less anorexia have asignificant difference (P <0.01) before and after two cycles of chemotherapy, weak, lazywords two scores were significantly different (P <0.05). Although a score of sweatingupward trend, but no significant difference.Results:1. Smoked using established methods Qi deficiency in mice is differentfrom mice gentleness, this model method to establish an animal model of qi deficiencysyndrome meaningful.2. Thyroxine tablets using established methods yin deficiency micewith reserpine unlike gentleness mouse, this model method to establish meaningfuldeficiency syndrome animal model.3. Lewis Qi deficiency group than in mice gentlenessgroup of lung cancer more growth and metastasis; Lewis yin deficiency group than in micegentleness was no significant difference in the growth, metastasis of lung cancer.4. Creamcan inhibit lung tumor inhibition varying degrees of Lewis lung tumor growth andmetastasis.5. Lung tumor inhibition with cream and then suppress lung qi deficiencysyndrome realized outstanding aspects.6. Lung tumor inhibition with cream and thensuppress lung qi deficiency syndrome realized outstanding aspects.7. Advanced non-smallcell lung cancer patients after chemotherapy qi deficiency syndrome worse.
