Objective:To study the distribution of TCM Syndrome Types in patients with femoral neck fracture after artificial double action replacement of femoral head, and to analyze the relationship between them and sex, age, and the relationship between the main manifestation symptoms and syndrome types. Methods:To select the inpatients who meet the inclusion criteria and collect and record their age, gender and other information.According to the observation table, the symptoms, signs and TCM diagnosis information of the second day after operation were collected, and the positive symptoms were defined as 1,and the negative ones as 0.SPSS 20 Chinese version was used to establish the data questionnaire and input data for analysis. Results:A total of 127 patients were collected in this clinical investigation, and three types of syndrome were obtained by clustering: type I deficiency of Qi and Yin,type II deficiency of Qi and Yin,type II deficiency of blood stasis, type II deficiency of damp heat and blood stasis, type III deficiency of blood and deficiency of Tianjin, type II deficiency of Qi and Yin,type II deficiency of damp heat and blood stasis, type III deficiency of blood and 55 deficiency of Tianjin. The results of this study show that the syndrome type of TCM is characterized by deficiency and empirical, which is more specific, detailed and practical than the traditional three-stage theory. In clinical practice, only when the patients are treated dialectically and combined with their own clinical experience, can they be used correctly, bring satisfactory curative effect to the patients, and have a positive effect on the postoperative rehabilitation of the patients.
