| Objectives:1.To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with AECOPD combined with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),so as to provide a clinical basis for early detection of AECOPD combined with NSCLC.2.By measuring the level of galectin-3(Gal-3)in AECOPD,NSCLC,AECOPD combined with NSCLC and the plasma of healthy people,the expression of Gal-3 in the above different population was observed,which provided a new idea for the management and early prevention and control of the clinical COPD combined with NSCLC disease.Methods:1.Collecting the clinical data of patients with AECOPD,NSCLC and AECOPD combined with NSCLC,and analyzing the clinical characteristics by case control study.2.Under the informed consent of the patients,60 cases of AECOPD patients,simple NSCLC60 cases,NSCLC56 cases with AECOPD,and 60 healthy controls were selected in the respiratory department of Changsha first hospital in January 2016.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to determine the concentration of galectin-3 in all the subjects.The concentration of CRP and CEA was measured by the automatic test instrument,and the analysis was made.Results:The first part:1.Compared with group AECOPD,there was no significant difference in gender between simple NSCLC group and AECOPD plus NSCLC group(P > 0.05).2.Compared with the AECOPD group,the smoking status and age of the NSCLC group were not significantly changed(P > 0.05),the smoking index was low(P < 0.05),and the expression of CEA and CRP was significantly enhanced(P < 0.05).3.Compared with the AECOPD group,the smoking status,the smoking index,the CRP and CEA increased significantly in the AECOPD group with the NSCLC group,the lung function increased significantly and the age increased significantly(P < 0.05).4.Compared with the simple NSCLC group,the smoking status,smoking index and CRP increased significantly in the lung cancer group with AECOPD combined with NSCLC(P < 0.05).5.AECOPD combined with NSCLC group.Pathological examination was mostly squamous cell carcinoma,mainly in III and IV stage.The simple NSCLC was seen mostly in adenocarcinoma,and the main stage was II andThe second part:1.The serum concentrations of Gal-3 in AECOPD,NSCLC and AECOPD combined with NSCLC group were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(P < 0.05).2.Compared with group AECOPD,the expression level of Gal-3 in AECOPD combined NSCLC group and simple NSCLC group increased significantly(P < 0.05),but NSCLC alone there was no significant difference between group AECOPD and NSCLC group(P > 0.05).3、In AECOPD combined with NSCLC,the expression level of Gal-3 in I-II stage was significantly lower than that in III-IV phase(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the expression level between the squamous cell carcinoma and the adenocarcinoma group(P > 0.05).Conclusions:1.The patients of AECOPD combined with NSCLC is predominantly aged male smokers,and squamous cell carcinoma is the majority.The pathological stage is mainly III and IV.2.AECOPD combined with NSCLC group was mainly GOLD1-2 grade.3.Serum Gal-3 is significantly increased in patients with AECOPD,NSCLC,AECOPD combined with NSCLC,suggesting that it plays an important role in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and non-small cell lung cancer.4.Gal-3 increased significantly in AECOPD combined NSCLC group,and the higher the expression level is,the later the TNM stage is. |
