Research On The Pattern Design And Strategy Of Army Regional Medical Association Based On Military And Civilian Integration

By comprehensively using literature research method,survey research method,comparative research method,statistics and other methods to systematically analyze the review on medical associations,this study conducted the research on environmental background of the military regional medical association model.The author selected 7 typical military health institutions and civil/military hospitals to survey the situation of military-civilian medical support of PLA,systematically designed the military regional medical association model,and demonstrated the strategies and suggestions for the development of military regional medical associations.This study made great theoretical and practical significance for promoting the optimal allocation of medical resources for the army,improving the quality of medical services for officers and soldiers,improving the overall utilization rate of military health resources,and promoting the sound and rapid development of military medical and health undertakings.In addition to the preface,the review and conclusions,this study contained four parts.Part 1 focused on the analysis of the environmental background of the military regional medical association model,analyzing the situation requirements of the regional medical association model of PLA,and putting forward favorable conditions and severe challenges for the development of the regional medical association model.Part 2 emphasized the status investigation of civil-military integrated medical support,mainly surveying typical military health institutions and civil/military hospitals,and analyzing and evaluating these data.Part 3 designed the military regional medical association model,proposing its organization model,coordination mechanism of the labor division and the sharing mechanism of medical resources.Part 4 put forward the strategies and recommendations of the development of the military regional medical associations,mainly discussing on the organization system management,operational mechanism management,human resource management,information management,and key support platform management.This study mainly focuses on following innovations.First,it comprehensively investigated and evaluated the development of military medical support in China,analyzing its existing contradictions and problems.Meanwhile,it constructed the military regional medical association model and systematically proposed the proper coordination mechanism of labor division and the sharing mechanism of medical resources.Finally,it analyzed the environment background of the military regional medical associations and put forward the strategies and recommendations of the development of the military regional medical associations.
