Research On The Development Of Military Civilian Integration In Based On Medical Service Security

Objective: The main purpose of this paper is to build a military-civilian integrated medical service support system in the Hainan and give suggestions for promoting the development of military-civilian integration of medical service support in the Hainan.Significance: As an important field of military-civilian integration,the medical field is an important part of the in-depth development strategy of military-civilian integration.Based on Hainan,guided by the development strategy of military-civilian integration,with the goal of in-depth development of military-civilian integration in the field of medical service support,it accelerates the development of military-civilian integration in the field of medical service support in the Hainan.Methods: Through the research of relevant literature,this paper sorts out the development of military and civilian integration in the field of medical service support at home and abroad,and conducts a comparative analysis;collects relevant data on the development of military and civilian integration in the field of medical service support in the southern sea area through a questionnaire,and further analyzes the development status;finally uses the system Analytical method to build a system of integration of military and civilian medical services in the Hainan,and give suggestions on the integration of military and civilian development in the field of medical services in the Hainan.Conclusion: The research results of this paper show that the current development of military-civilian integration in the field of medical service support in the Hainan is not deep.In order to better deepen the integration of military and civilian development in the field of medical service support in the Hainan,military hospitals and local medical institutions should be the core,through the establishment of a military-regional medical consortium,as well as the military medical support system and emergency medical rescue system,to build the Hainan.The regional military-civilian integrated medical service support system optimizes the allocation of medical resources in the Hainan and promotes the development of military-civilian integration in the field of medical service support in the Hainan.
