As the country strengthens the upgrading of information technology infrastructure equipment network bandwidth has been improved qualitatively.Medical education through the network as a medium has become an imperative trend of modern medical education.China has also entered a critical stage in building a well-off society in an all-round way.A better-off society at a higher level and in a more comprehensive way is not only a historical mission,but also a major event that needs to be implemented into the people's livelihood.The level of public health care has always been closely related to people's livelihood.The quality of medical education has a direct impact on the level of medical science and building a well-off society in an all-round way.But at present,the traditional teaching ward round system lacks the support of practical situation,the evaluation criteria are different,and the uneven distribution of medical education resources is difficult to achieve the desired results.At present,the teaching mode of medical colleges and hospitals is mainly based on the traditional teaching mode of teachers' lecturing to students.The participation of training students in the process of ward rounds in hospitals is limited to thinking,and the participation degree is low.This form of teaching rounds is difficult to achieve the unity of knowledge and practice,strong subjectivity of evaluation criteria.It is easy to cause the cognitive limitation of medical knowledge on the theoretical level,difficult to improve their practical ability and the level of internalization of knowledge in a short time,and the grading criteria are different and not objective,and it is also easy to attack students'learning enthusiasm,and it is difficult to achieve the expected effect of cultivating medical talents.In the process of building the medical ward round system,JQUERY,MYSQL database,WEB front-end technology,ThinkPHP framework based on PHP language and MVC design pattern are used.Then the business needs analysis,from the system role use case diagram analysis,system process analysis,data process analysis,functional requirements to introduce and discuss.Through login registration module,data management module,system management module,teaching ward-round module,admission information management module,ward-round objective module,disease summary management module,the design and implementation of the system are elaborated,including system outline design and system detailed design.Then the characteristics and advantages of the system are elaborated in terms of technology and characteristics.Finally,the conclusion summarizes the work of the paper and prospects for the follow-up work.The purpose of this paper is to introduce a teaching ward-round system which has been developed and ready to be put into use,so that more hospitals and medical colleges can understand the feasibility of teaching ward-round system,rather than just using ward-round as a medium to transform paper office to electronic office.Provide some new ideas and methods for teaching ward rounds,and make a little contribution to the training of higher level medical talents in China's medical profession.It is hoped that there will be no subjective criteria for the score of teaching rounds in China.Under the existing teaching resources,it will make a small contribution to improve students'practicality and participation in teaching rounds.
