I applied " teaching of participating " method in medium-sized hygiene vocational school course, practiced the idea of modern education about " based on students, regard active as the content, regard participation as the intermediary, regard taking developing as the goal ".For making great efforts to realize the accepting type study with integration of finding type study, train student's learning ability, form the good study habit, probe into the participation type teaching method suitable for course.At first, the thesis had explained to the basic theory of participation type teaching had analyzed the research current situation of participating type teaching both at home and abroad, had proposed author's understanding of participating type teaching and realized the content mainly included: Participating type teaching characteristic, characteristic, participation type teaching value, principle of implementation participation type teaching and teaching tactics.Second, I applied "teaching of participating" in medium-sized hygiene vocational school curriculum teaching practice, attempted implement participating type teaching. In teaching practice, I adopted to compare study. I analyzed course characteristic and students' state and choose implement content of teaching of participating. I put forward organizational form, implement teaching and appraise concrete method of the result. Through practice applications teaching get this curriculum in touch with clinical actual, locality actual, life actual and the experimental teaching.
