ObjectiveFuling decoction is the clinical experience of Prof.MingWu Yao,the department of gastroenterology of Guangdong Province Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,in inheriting and developing the theory of spleen and stomach damp-heat in traditional Chinese medicine. The purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement of main clinical symptoms of chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome treated with fuling decoction on chronic gastritis and to provide clinical treatment for a reference on chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome.MethodsThis study followed the principle of randomized control, adopted the single-blind study method, and collected the qualified cases in the outpatient department of Guangdong Province Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,in strict accordance with the relevant standards.168 patients with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome of chronic gastritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group by referring to the principle of random selection, with 84 cases in each group,14 cases of exfoliation in each group, and the total number of exfoliation cases was 28.A total of 140 cases(70 cases in each group)were included in the data analysis. The control group was given oral esomeprazole enteric-coated capsules, and the treatment group was treated with fuling decoction on the basis of the control group, and the total course of treatment was observed for 7 days.General data of the patients in the two groups were recorded. Before and after treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by adopting the quantitative grading scale of main symptoms of chronic non-atrophic gastritis, and relevant data were recorded for statistical comparison and analysis.Results1.The scores of main symptoms of chronic non-atrophic gastritis in the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated, and the difference value of main symptoms score before and after treatment in the treatment group was 12.24±1.59.The difference value of main symptoms score before and after treatment in the control group was 11.06±1.83,and the difference of main symptoms score before and after treatment in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of main clinical symptoms.2.After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis was evaluated by the score of main symptoms.Among the 70 patients in the treatment group,12 were cured,46 were obviously effective,12 were effective,0 were ineffective and 0 were deteriorated.Among the 70 patients in the control group,16 cases were cured,27 cases showed significant effect,27 cases were effective,0 cases were ineffective, and 0 cases were deteriorated. The total effective rate was 82.86%in the treatment group and 61.43%in the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups through clinical efficacy grading(P<0.01).The overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.ConclusionThe curative effect of fuling decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome is significant.Compared with the single oral administration of esomeprazole enteric-coated capsules,it shows a more advantageous clinical treatment effect and can significantly improve the main clinical symptoms of patients. The curative effect of fuling decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis with damp-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach is positive, the drug use is safe, and the economic cost is low.
