| ObjectiveUnderthe guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,Professor Lin Changsong used self-made Yishen Gufa formula combined with glucocorticoid to treat systemic lupus erythematosus alopecia,and observed the clinical efficacy and safety of it.Dosage glucocorticoid therapy provides an effective clinical basis for systemic lupus erythematosus alopecia.MethodsLupusalopecia was collected from the outpatient department and ward of the Department of Rheumatology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2017 to November 2018,using a prospective randomized,parallel-controlled approach and strictly-following the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the experiment.A total of 60 patients.There were 30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the experimental group.Control group:oral prednisone acetate tablets.The disease is basically no activity glucocorticoid 10mg qd maintenance;mild activity initial amount is 15mg qd,if the condition is relieved,after 2 weeks,the reduction is 10mg qd maintenance;moderate active hormone start amount is 30mg qd,if the condition Relief,then 2 weeks after the reduction is 25mg qd,then reduced by 5mg per week,reduced to 10mg qd maintenance.Test group:On the basis of the control group,Yishen Gufa Recipe decoction was taken orally.3 months was a course of treatment.The hair density,hair color,hair gloss,serum complement C3 and C4 levels,and ESR,CRP,blood routine,urine combination,liver and kidney function changes and other defects were observed before and after treatment.Results1.Among the 60 patients,2 of the control group and 1 of the experimental group fell off,and One case of loss of follow-up in the control group and the experimental group.The final 55 patients(27 in the control group and 28 in the experimental group)completed a course of treatment.In the end,the experimental group recovered 3 cases,markedly effective in 10 cases,effective in 10 cases,and ineffective in 5 cases;in the control group,0 case was cured,1 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,and 12 cases were ineffective.2.The total effective rate of alopecia improvement in the experimental group and the control group was 82.1%and 55.6%,respectively,and there wassignificant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in hair density,hair color and hair gloss between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The number of hair,hair color and hair gloss and treatment after treatment in the experimental group and the control group.Before the difference,there was significant difference between the two groups(*P<0.05);There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(?P<0.05);The test group and the control group were compared with the hair color in the two groups,and there was significant difference between the two groups(?P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups with the hair gloss(?P>0.05);There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before the treatment of SLEDAI scores(P>0.05);The experimental group and the control group were significantly different from the SLEDAI scores before treatment(*P<0.05);The difference between the group and the control group after SLEDAI score was not statistically significant(?P>0.05).4.There were no significant differences in CRP,ESR,C3 and C4 between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the complement levels of the experimental group and the control group were higher than before treatment,ESR The level of CRP decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).5.One patient in the experimental group and the control group developed mild gastrointestinal discomfort.The experimental group and the control group compared the blood routine,urine combination and liver and kidney function before and after treatment.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were 3.6%and 3.7%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and the symptoms were mild,which could be relieved by themselves or relieved after symptomatic treatment.Conclusions1.Yishen Gufa Recipe combined with glucocorticoid for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus is effective,can significantly improve the density and color and hair gloss of the patient' s.However,Yishen Gufa Recipe has no obvious improvement on hair gloss and has no obvious effect on the control of systemic lupus erythematosus.2.Yishen Gufa Recipe has no obvious effect on improving serum complement level and reducing inflammation index in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.3.Yishen Gufa Recipe combined with glucocorticoid for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus is safer and has no obvious adverse reactions. |
