Objective:We analyzed the factors related to the occurrence of(In-Stent Restenosis,ISR)after(Percutaneous Coronary Intervention,PCI)in patients of our hospital with coronary heart disease, and to provide more theoretical basis for preventing the occurrence of ISR.Subjects and methods:We collected 690 patients who underwent PCI in the department of cardiology of our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 and who returned to our hospital for re-examination of coronary angiography within 12-18 months after surgery. The related data(including clinical baseline, laboratory indicators, catheter room data)of these patients were collected.1.According to the results of re-examination,all subjects were divided into ISR group(n = 153)and non-ISR group(n = 537),bounded by whether the degree of stenosis in the stent was greater than 50%.T-test and chi-square test were used to analyze whether the difference between the relevant data of two groups was statistically significant;2.After univariate analysis, the factors with differences between the two groups will be further analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression,to explore the risk factors of ISR in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Results:1.Compared with the non-ISR group, smoking rate and prevalence rate of diabetes were higher in the ISR group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the non-ISR group took statins more regularly than those in the ISR group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference in age, gender, hypertension, continuing smoking and cerebrovascular diseases between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.On biochemical index in lab,in ISR group, the level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol, uric acid, neutrophil count and neutrophil number/the number of lymphocyte were higher than the ISR group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglycerides,creatinine,c-reactive protein, white blood cell count, platelet count, platelet volume and red cell distribution width had no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).3.There was no statistically significant difference between ISR group andnon-ISR group in coronary heart disease type, target vessels and number of diseased vessels(P > 0.05).4.In the case of stents, the ISR group had longer stent length and stent diameter, and more number of stents than the non-ISR group, there was statistically significant differences in stent length between the two groups(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences in the number of stents and stent diameter between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.According to multivariate Logistic regression analysis,smoking(OR=1.852,95%CI:1.207-2.842,P<0.05),stent length(OR=1.168,95%CI:0.247-0.762,P < 0.05),total cholesterol level(OR=1.277,95%CI:1.055-1.547,P<0.05),uric acid level(OR=1.013,95%CI:1.010-1.017,P< 0.05),number of neutrophils/lymphocytes(OR=1.188,95%CI: 1.031-1.370,P< 0.05)were risk factors of ISR after PCI,while taking statins(OR=0.434,95%CI: 0.247-0.762,P<0.05)were protective factor of ISR after PCI.Conclusions:1.Smoking,total cholesterol level, uric acid,NLR and stent length are the risk factors of patients with ISR after PCI,and the long-term regular taking of statins is a protective factor of patients with ISR after PCI.
