Aim: Through following-up patients who accepted PCI therapy thenrechecked CAG to analysis the possible reasons of in-stent restenosis (ISR).Method:73cases who were CHD (coronary heart disease) patients whounderwent CAG (coronary angiography) after PCI (percutaneous coronaryintervention) therapy between2009and2010are enrolled. All these cases aredivided into two groups according to CAG which are ISR group and non-ISRgroup. Then compare the possible reasons for restenosis between the twogroups.Result:177stents were implanted in73patients.22stents in15patientshad restenosis. We found that there were significantly different between ISRgroup and non-ISR group in smoking, diabetes mellitus, the length anddiameter of stent and whether the stent is drug-eluted or not(P <0.05). Coxproportional hazards regression model showed that the length (P=0.009) anddiameter of stent (P=0.029) and whether the stent is drug-eluted or not(P=0.026) were independent prognosis factors of restenosis in stent(ISR).Conclusions: The primary reasons of in-stent restenosis are the lengthand diameter of stent and whether the stent is drug-eluted or not.
