Effect Of Jieyu Qingxin Ningshenfang On Quality Of Life In Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris,Anxiety And Depression

The purpose of the study was to observe the therapeutic effects of Jieyu Qingxin Ningshenfang plus dropermethorphan meretaxine tablets(Deanxit)and droperidol meretaxine tablets(Deanxit)alone in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris,anxiety and depression,through clinical observation.This paper summarizes the clinical experience of a famous expert in traditional Chinese medicine and discusses the clinical significance of Jieyu Qingxin Ningshenfang in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of anxiety and depression in patients with stable angina pectoris.From October 2016 to November 2018,62 patients in Liu Zhen Studio of Shijiazhuang traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into control group(31 cases)and treatment group(30 cases),who met the inclusion criteria,and were divided into two groups: control group(n = 31)and treatment group(n = 30).The control group was given flumetaxine alone(Delexin 1 tablet,2 / day).The treatment group was treated with Jieyu Qingxin Ningshenfang(Bupleurum,Radix Scutellariae,Pinellia ternata,Codonopsis pilosula,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Rhizoma Coptidis,Acorus calamus,long Zhi,on the basis of the control group).Keel,oyster,Poria god,Hehuanpi,Lilium daily one dose,2 / day),the observation period of both groups were 4 weeks,Before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment all were used hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS),traditional Chinese medicine symptom quantitative score scale,angina pectoris symptom grading score and seattle angina questionnaiire.During the treatment,one case fell off,the drop rate was1.6%,the drop rate was ≤ 10%,one case was treated group,61 cases werefinished statistical study and analysis,and there were no adverse events,which met the requirements of the research design.Results of the study:(1)The score of angina pectoris symptom showed that there was statistical difference between the two groups after treatment for 2 weeks(P < 0.05)and 4 weeks(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(2)The scores of TCM symptoms showed that there was statistical difference between the two groups after 2 weeks(P < 0.05)and 4 weeks after treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(3)The results showed that there was a statistical difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P < 0.05).(4)The comparative analysis of the Hospital anxiety and Depression scale showed that there was statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(5)Seattle angina scale showed that there were statistical differences between two weeks(P < 0.05)and four weeks(P < 0.05)after treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The conclusions of this study was as follows: 1.The total clinical efficacy of Jieyu Qingxin Ningshenfang plus Deanxit in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris,anxiety and depression was significant.2.Jieyu Qingxin Ningshenfang plus Deanxit can reduce the frequency and frequency of angina pectoris,and can also effectively improve the symptoms of emotional restlessness,epigastric distension,discomfort in pharynx and so on.3.Jieyu Qingxin Ningshenfang combined with Deli provides a new way of thinking and treatment for stable angina pectoris anxiety and depression.
