Objective:Retrospectively investigate the effect of 595nm pulsed dye laser(PDL)on the treatment of patients who come to Dermatology Laser Department with skin vascular diseases.To explore the influence factors for the efficacy of treating vascular diseases.Method:This is a retrospective analysis,389 patients visited our department from January 2014 to December 2017,with vascular diseases.Including port-wine stain(PWS)174 cases,infantile haemangiomas(IH)55 cases,spider nevus 160 cases.Patients' age,gender,and lesion type,lesion site,lesion size,treatment frequency and efficacy of 595 nm PDL were analyzed.The efficacy evaluation was made from the comprehensive evaluation of color regression and size regression.The color regression was analyzed by Photoshop,and the size regression was independently assessed by two clinicians.Comparison of therapeutic effects:1.to compare different lesion types;2.to compare different lesion sites;3.to compare different age and gender.Analyze the related factors influencing therapeutic efficacy.Result:1.In our investigation,female are more common than male in vascular diseases,and facial involvement is most common.2.The therapeutic efficacy of 595nm PDL in vascular diseases is related to the type of lesion(P<0.05).Spider nevus is well respond to PDL treatment,with effective rate of 94.7%;IH of 79.6%,PWS of 64.4%.Side effects rarely happen.3.The gender of patients with vascular diseases has no relation with the efficacy.4.After the first,the second and the last treatment of PWS and IH,the efficacy increases,there was a significant difference between the first,the second and the last treatment.5.PWS and IH lesions' ?E lower significantly after treatment.And color regression rate in IH has significant difference with PWS.6.PWS effects better when lesion on the neck than face,better on the lateral face than on central face,and V1 area effects better than V2 area,which has signifieant differenee.Pink type is better than purplish type,and thickening type effects worst.Therapeutic efficiency worsens with bigger size.Treatment efficiency has no relation with gender.Different clinical type responds differently.7.In IH,patient who younger than 6 months effects better than older than 6 months.Lesion site and size have no relation with therapeutic efficiency.Conclusion:1.The 595nm pulsed dye laser is effective in treating spider nevus,IH and PWS,with rare side effects,is considered to be the most ideal treatment.2.Therapeutic efficiency increases with the increase of treatment number,has no relation with gender.3.Therapeutic efficiency of PWS is related to the site,clinical type and size,has no relation with age.The efficiency worsens when skin thicker,the color of lesion darker and size of lesion larger.How quickly the treatment works is related to the clinical type.4.Therapeutic efficiency of IH has no relation to lesion site or size.IH effects better when patients are young.
