The word "valley" out of the pre-Qin Dynasty,"Inner Sutra" has a medical application to it,but also found in later generations of medical home book.Through the analysis of the occurrence of the word "valley" and the excavation of the philosophical connotation,it is found that the connotation of "valley" of TCM is an extended application to the connotation of nature's "valley",and the basis and method of its extension are the whole concept of the unity of Heaven and Man and the thinking method of the image comparison class.The "valley" of "Inner Sutra",which is derived into the concept of human body,refers to different human body structures and concepts in different chapters,such as Meat division,ganglia and Meridian meeting.Through the in-depth analysis of this concept,"Inner Sutra" and "valley" related verses such as "kidney disease in the brook","the main seepage irrigation Valley","Medium coke out of the air,on the valley" and so on,can be more compatible with the original intention of the elucidation.Using the image of the "Inner Sutra" valley and the human body structure of the representative to re-examine the human physiology,we can find that the Methodist,Sanjiao and Qi Street are the emergence and summary of TCM theory on the basis of the structure of countless valleys in the human body.By looking at human pathology from the perspective of the valley,we can place the diseases of five body disease and complex disease on the basis of unified structure,and provide a new structural basis for the pathological study of TCM diseases in the future.The theoretical study of the Valley providesa solid theoretical support for the external treatment therapy,which provides a solid foundation for the exploration and promotion of the external treatment method.This study uses the method of theoretical research to sort out the relevant expositions of "inner Sutra" and ancient and modern healers and scholars,to collect and organize,excavate and extend,including noun exegesis,philosophical connotation,connotation application,scripture elucidation,and the relationship,pathology and application of Sanjiao,Meridian,Gas Street and interstitial network.
