Research On The Countermeasures Of Intellectual Property Transformation In Shanghai Hospitals In The New Era

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the "advocacy of innovation culture and the creation,protection and application of intellectual property rights",which pointed out the direction for intellectual property work in the new era.With the rapid development of contemporary science and technology,the importance of intellectual property rights has become increasingly prominent.Its role has not only been limited to building intellectual property barriers,but also maintaining industrial advantages,but has gradually turned into a major driving force for social and economic development.The further implementation of the new task of building a strong intellectual property country and becoming an innovative country have become the key factors determining the success of economic transformation.The medical and health industry is related to national health and closely related to people's lives.This paper mainly studies the intellectual property transformation strategy of public hospitals in Shanghai.Taking the research and management of hospitals as the background and taking patent protection as the starting point,it mainly analyzes the clinical scientific and technological achievements of public hospitals.The problems in the process of transfer and transformation,through the policy analysis of national and local intellectual property policies since the 13 th Five-Year Plan,combined with the status quo and problems of intellectual property rights in public hospitals in Shanghai,explore how to optimize the management of intellectual property rights and technology in public hospitals in Shanghai.The results transformation workflow,build a comprehensive intellectual property management and transformation system to effectively protect hospital-related intellectual property rights.And on the basis of research to further deepen,combined with the hospital's own patent transformation case.The main measures aimed at strengthening the construction of transfer and transformation platforms for scientific and technological achievements,such as institutional guarantees,organizational guarantees,publicity and education guarantees,funding guarantees,and strategic cooperation,have made the transfer of hospital scientific and technological achievements effective.
