Objective:To analyze the characteristics of the simple sacral joint separation injury,the injury mechanism,and compare the clinical treatment effect of the combination of rigid screw fixation and elastic micromotion fixed sacral separation injury,so that the internal fixation treatment method is simple sac separation.Patients offer better choices.Methods:This thesis is a clinical controlled study.A retrospective analysis of 21 patients with complete diagnosis of simple sacral decompression combined with lesions from October2016 to October 2018 was divided into group A rigid screws according to different fixation methods.Fixed group(N=11)and group B elastic micro-motion fixed group(N=10).There were 8 males and 3 females in group A;7 in left and 4 in right.The age is19-52 years old(32.50±6.02).Average body weight(65.8 ± 7.68)kg.There were 7 males and 3 females in group B;6 in left and 4 in right.The age is 20-55 years old(33.50±6.89)years old.The average body weight(66 ± 6.88)kg.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,postoperative weight loss time,and traumatic arthritis were compared between the two groups.Postoperative ankle joint X-ray films were evaluated by Burwell-Charnley radiological criteria.In the case of gap reduction,the American Ankle Surgery Association(AOFAS)score was used to evaluate the ankle joint function during postoperative follow-up.The data were statistically analyzed to compare the two internal fixation methods for the treatment of simple sacral joint separation.Clinical efficacy.Results:1.Compared with elastic micro-motion fixation,the average operation time(min)of the two groups of patients(rigid screw group 62.52±7.88,elastic micro-motion group70.4±4.71),intraoperative blood loss(mL)(rigid screw group)80.68±8.55,elastic fretting 85.04±13.21),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);average hospitalization time(d)(rigid screw group 12.34±1.58,elastic micro-motion group 13.12±1.16)There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The weight-bearing time(week)elastic micro-motion group(6.18±0.708)was shorter than the rigid screw group(8.11±1.42),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3,Immediately after the operation and follow-up March Burver-Charnley radiological score,the excellent rate of the two groups(the lower jaw gap and the lower jaw ghost)were higher than 80%,the excellent rate of rigid screw group was 81.81%,elastic fretting The excellent and good rate of the group was 90.00%,and the elastic fretting group was superior to the rigid screw group.The difference was statistically significant.4.The AOFAS score was followed up for 3 months after operation.The elastic micro-motion group(88.00±3.672)was superior to the rigid screw group(80.67±5.716).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 11 W rigid screw fixation group after operation There was a case of screw fracture,two cases of loose screws,and no elastic fracture or looseness in the elastic micro-motion group.Conclusion:1.Compared with the rigid screw group,there was no significant difference in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups.The elastic and micro-motion groups in the lower and the weight-bearing time were shorter than the rigidscrew group,and the differences were significant..2,postoperative Burwell-Charnley radiological score,3 months postoperative follow-up AOFAS score,elastic micro-motion group is superior to rigid screws,and the difference is significant.3,Simple sacral joint separation is relatively concealed.It should be diagnosed and treated in the early stage to restore the normal ankle joint relationship,ensure the repair of the injured ligament and stabilize the biomechanical environment of the ankle joint,and effectively prevent chronic instability and traumaticity of the ankle joint.The occurrence of arthritis,the two internal fixation methods for the treatment of simple sacral joint separation can achieve relatively satisfactory results,but there are still many problems in rigid screw fixation,such as the number of screws,loose fracture,and storage problems affecting the ankle joint.Function;elastic micro-motion fixation does not damage the lower ankle joint structure during fixation.After fixation,the lower ankle joint still has a certain degree of activity,firm fixation,clinical effect is more superior than rigid fixation,and the value is clinically popularized.
