Objective:By monitoring 25-(OH)D levels in pregnant women, the study of pregnant women serum 25(OH)D levels with gestational hypertension disease, gestational diabetes, premature rupture of membranes, subclinical hypothyroidism, bacterial vaginal disease and other complications during pregnancy and premature birth, low birth weight, fetal distress, cesarean delivery and other adverse pregnancy outcomes, the relationship between for targeted prevention measures, and obtain good pregnancy outcomes to provide more theoretical basis. Methods:Collected in January 2018 to December 2018 in the first hospital of shanxi medical university for regular prenatal and delivery included in the standard of 604 pregnant women as the research object, basic information questionnaire survey of pregnant women, from 24 to 28 weeks pregnancy testing its 25-(OH)D levels, according to their respective serum concentration, the object of study can be divided into adequate group, the inadequate and lack of group, and then to compare and analyze the incidence of pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes in each group.Results:1.In this study, the proportions of the pregnant women in the serum 25-(OH)D adequate group, insufficient group and deficient group were 15.23%,20.53% and 64.24%.2.The incidence of hypertension during pregnancy, gestational diabetes mellitus, premature rupture of membranes, subclinical hypothyroidism, and bacterial vaginosis was higher in the serum 25-(OH)D deficiency group than in the other groups, with statistically significant differences between the groups(P < 0.05).3.The incidence of premature birth, cesarean section, low birth weight and fetal distress in the serum 25-(OH)D deficiency group was higher than that in the 25-(OH)D sufficiency group and the deficiency group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D deficiency in pregnant women increases the risk of gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus, premature rupture of membranes, subclinical hypothyroidism, bacterial vaginosis and other pregnancy complications,as well as adverse pregnancy outcomes such as preterm delivery, cesarean section, low birth weight babies, and fetal distress.By monitoring 25-hydroxyvitamin D level during pregnancy, understanding 25-hydroxyvitamin D level in pregnant women and guiding the management of pregnancy may be beneficial to prevent the occurrence and progress of related pregnancy complications and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
