Object1.Through clinical observation to understand the clinical symptoms, course of disease changes and personal growth history of patients with bipolar disorder, provide ideas for the subsequent development of targeted intervention programs.2.Develop a targeted group acceptance and commitment therapy intervention program, modify and improve through experiments, and explore a logical and feasible process group intervention program to provide reference for clinical promotion and subsequent research.3.Exploring the effect of group acceptance and commitment therapy on clinical symptoms, psychological flexibility, cognitive fusion and mood regulation in patients with bipolar disorder, and verifying the universality of acceptance and commitment therapy in clinical practice.Method1.Observation method and interview method: follow the attending physician's rounds, use observation method to understand the clinical course characteristics of a complete hospitalization period of patients with bipolar disorder;use interview method to understand sleep, diet, medication compliance, bipolar disorder patients,Self-knowledge,personal growth history, current psychological distress, etc.,which have deep understanding of patients with bipolar disorder.2.Pre-experimental study: 20 patients with appropriate bipolar disorder were selected in a five-week pre-experiment,which was conducted according to the proposed group acceptance and commitment therapy intervention program. The logic of the intervention content and the feasibility of verifying the operation were performed. The problems existing in the program were revised and improved, and the final draft was used as a practical manual for psychological intervention in patients with bipolar disorder.3.Intervention study: 60 patients with bipolar disorder were randomly divided into ACT intervention group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases). The control group received conventional drug therapy, and ACT intervention group(30 cases)received a five-week group accepted the psychological intervention of the commitment therapy on the basis of the control group. Before and after the intervention, the Young Mania Scale(YMRS)was used to evaluate the mania level and the depression self-rating scale(SDS).The assessment of depression levels, cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire(CERQ)assessment of emotional regulation, acceptance and action questionnaire-II(AAQ-II),and cognitive fusion questionnaire(CFQ)assessment of acceptance commitment therapy intervention efficacy.Result1.Intervention program: After pre-experimental research,it is feasible and effective to modify and improve the group acceptance and commitment therapy intervention program for emotional regulation.2.Clinical symptoms: In the evaluation results of the mania scale, the comparison between the ACT experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention and the difference comparison results were significantly different(p<0.05).In the evaluation results of the depression scale, the ACT experimental group before and after the intervention and the difference between the experimental group and the control group was significant(p<0.05).The difference between the control group and the control group was not significant(p>0.05).The mean value of the experimental group was greater than the control group.3.Psychological factors: Before and after the intervention, the difference between the scores of the acceptance and action questionnaires, the cognitive fusion questionnaire and the cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire were statistically significant. From the comparison of the mean, the experimental group was psychologically flexible. The changes in the use of sexuality, cognitive fusion and emotional regulation strategies were superior to those of the control group. The scores of the acceptance and action questionnaires, the cognitive fusion questionnaire and the cognitive emotion adjustment questionnaire were significantly different between before and after the intervention(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores between the scales and the sub-dimensions in the control group(p>0.05).Conclusion1.On the basis of medical treatment, the inclusion of group acceptance and commitment therapy can help patients to reduce mania and depression.2.On the basis of drug treatment, group acceptance and commitment therapy for emotional regulation helps patients reduce cognitive integration, accept bad emotions and feelings, and use positive emotion regulation strategies to reduce negatives and enhance mental flexibility.3.The group acceptance and commitment therapy intervention program according to the process setting with simple operation and strong uniform feasibility, which is conducive to enhancing the consistency of the implementation process. The intervention program has a good intervention effect, and provides reference for future promotion and use.
