Objective:The obsessive-compulsive disorder patients always fight against with their symptoms followed with anxiety and depression in the meantime,and diverge from normal study and life.This study explored the effects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to interfere with obsessive-compulsive symptoms,thereby expanding the psychological intervention pathways for patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods:61 OCD patients,who complied with the inclusion and exclusion standard,were divided into the control group and the intervention group.The control group received sertraline hydrochloride and mental health ducation.Simultaneously,the intervention group received ACT treatment additionally.The total study time is 10 weeks.Using the self-made demographic questionnaire,Yale-Brownquestionnaire,AcceptanceandAction Questionnaire,Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire-Fusion to mesure the objects'conditions.All results were analyzed by the software Statistical Package for Social Science,and the main statistical methods include T-test,?~2 test,repeated measurement analysis of variance and simple effect analysis.Results:(1)The interventionl group:There are significantly differences among the pre-test,post-test and track-test in the level Yale-Brown(compulsive thoughts;compulsive behavior)?AAQ?CFQ?hamilton anxiety(somatic anxiety;psychic anxiety)?hamilton depression(anxiety/somatization;weight;cognitive disorder;block;sleep disorder).Besides,the intervention effect can maintain well.(2)The control group:There are significantly differences between the pre-test and post-test in the level Yale-Brown(compulsive thoughts;compulsive behavior)?CFQ,hamilton anxiety(somatic anxiety;psychic anxiety),hamilton depression(anxiety/somatization;weight;cognitive disorder;block;sleep disorder)except AAQ.There are significantly differences between the pre-test and track-test in the level Yale-Brown(compulsive behavior),hamilton anxiety(somatic anxiety;psychic anxiety),hamilton depression(weight;cognitive disorder;block),except compulsive thoughts,AAQ,CFQ,anxiety/somatization and sleep disorder.(3)Comparison between the two groups:There are no significantly differences in the pre-test in all dimensions.But there are significantly differences in the post-test in all dimensions except somatic anxiety.In the level of track-test,there are significantly difference in all dimensions except the block factor.Conclusion:(1)ACT can improve OCD patients'symptoms effectively.(2)ACT can help OCD patients to manage thier moods better and lower anxiety and depression.(3)ACT can help OCD patients to enhance their psychological flexibility and self-acceptance.
